I find it really interesting that the way Melissa’s recording stated “imagine someone saying the worst things possible to you and that’s what I got”. And Drake used almost the exact same wording when describing the abuse he received from Brian. Years apart, too.

I know he has done wrong. He is one of the few accountable people for his problems. There is a lot of healing and growth in his path. It is definitely a very complicated situation. Despite these circumstances, I remember rushing home as a child to watch new episodes of Drake & Josh. It felt like they were my friends. This story breaks my heart as an adult and makes me advocate for mental health and change in the entertainment industry.

As a person, you can tell if something doesn't feel right and that's when you have to make the decision, whether it be the right decision (stop going to the concert and tell someone what's going on) or you make the wrong decision (exactly what she did). even drake the adult can be both a victim and a predator but honestly I dont for a second believe that they subpoena'd all of Drakes social media and texts without finding anything that they would choose to use much more damning than what he plead guilty to (which is not "OK" but also not the extent in which people try to frame the guy). Trying to use that as evidence or proof of those more extreme accusations is ingenuine as hell and makes it really hard for me to believe any further accusation.

This was a really well done documentary. I’m glad someone is telling his story in a fair and balanced way.
My thing with the ex is if she knew underage stuff was going on and could have captured proof of it by taking a photo of the computer that supposedly had the evidence she witnessed first hand on it. Instead of doing that, she chose to stay quiet until a year after she hit him up for money. If he was a predator (I don’t think he was), her silence left hundreds of kids in danger. Silence and indifference is an evil known as bystander syndrome. Don’t be the bystander.
The investigative reporting of this channel, and its intersection of pop-culture & media, has become exceptional.
It's relatively well written and edited, but don't get carried away. It's tabloid regurgitation, not "investigative reporting"

All cases scream terrible parenting. I don't feel sorry for Drake Bell, it's just wild how parents can be so oblivious and complicit with their children's actions.

If she was older, she'd most definitely be charged with making false allegations. I highly doubt any judge would charge a teenager in that case, not only because their brain hasn't matured completely, but because a large percentage of false allegations are based on actual, real trauma, even if they do publicly blame the wrong person. In my opinion though, by the time you're in your teens, you know right from wrong and most definitely should have some repercussions for destroying someone's life with lies.

@@kaiterxtotshe was 19 years old when she made her impact statement. I feel like she should be punished for lying on some stuff at least for saying that he sent her explicit pictures but according to the prosecutor they didn’t find any explicit pictures during the 18 months investigation.
