Cougar Hill if you’ve ever actually got out and explored and went to different cities in this country and other countries, you’d have a bit of a clue and realize Dartmouth isn’t bad compared to most cities

Lol....it's not clean and neat....it's a ruff spot full of drugs, homeless and nightly barfights...Bum on every corner...was great at one time.
