    This dude is an animal ! I appreciate your hard work, blood, sweat and tears put into this. You can tell he actually wants to make a difference and gives it his all . When I watch bullyjuice workouts I feel motivated to keep going. It’s not an easy journey but I feel like these workouts make life a little easier and sweatier 😅. Just gotta work!

    this is DEFINITELY the BEST 25 min workout on RUclips! it's practically nonstop and it feels like you're seriously kicking some calories, because you truly are. 10 out of 10 - sho'nuff recommend!

      @@CJMerk I know. Some workouts require you to be at a certain level of fitness to do safely, but see them as goals! And don't be afraid to modify some until you build up the strength and don't be afraid of that pause button for a few extra seconds of breather time.

    The workout is great, but the best part about this video is the subtlety and the timing of the encouragement. No over the top yelling or cliche phrases. Just a minor "good work" or "stay with me" gesture. And the timing is perfect. He's in tune with the more difficult sequences for us mere mortals and pops those small motivational boosts in at just the right moment.

      Doing 30 days challange works on almost all muscles and it had some positive effects on the posture automatically. Specially those back exercises

    Got the perfect burnout video since my body is Skinny Fat type. I was looking for such a regime to fit in my weight lifting schedule. Couldn't give a hundred percent in the last 5 mins of the video but I tried. Your combination exercises for weightlifting too have helped me a lot in the past month. Thanks a lot. I appreciate it

    Best work out video on RUclips!! The only one I have ever stuck to doing daily. Makes you break and sweat defiantly not easy but not deathly hard. Makes me feel good after and helps me with having food freedom! I can eat what I want knowing this workout cancels it out am I right?…. Hahah

    I started doing RUclips workouts a few years ago when I sustained an injury that no longer lets me go to the gym and lift heavy. I do mainly cardio and bodyweight stuff now . Bullyjuice is easily my favorite and this might be the best full body workout there is. Appreciate you man.

    You straight brought it on this one. Just completed in my basement with some modifications (6'6" ceiling) and I am drenched. Kept HR 140-150 the entire time. Definitely keeping this in rotation.

    I really enjoy this workout especially with the planks in between, as I am that type of person that doesn't like long breaks, I always feel like I have to move even if I am exhausted. The planks and the short breaks where the perfect balance for me. Thank you :)

    Day 4 of doing this- 15 yr old girl, will not share any more personal info. This was a great challenge! I'll do this every day I'm not at the gym.
    Ive been doing this every day Im not at the gym for a whole month now, at the gym I do weight training and a bit of cardio! I am a type one diabetic too.

    Love this workout!! However I did struggle to follow along because the music was so much louder than the countdown I missed when you moved from one move to the next multiple times. I try to follow the counter, but when i'm doing some of these moves I cant see my device. Please consider raising the volume of the countdown. Thanks for all you do!
