This workout being done outside with the random people walking on the trail and the sun coming out at the end of it made it artistic. We Really appreciate the content bro 🤝🏽

Day 59/60! I’m so thankful for this workout today after 7 days straight of 12 hr shifts, two being overtime, I’m finally off for two days haha so I’ll be completing this challenge on my off day 💪🏾 haven’t missed ONE day and to God be the Glory for that ! Sending him thanks 🙏🏾

I use it to supplement more intense cardio like on recovery weeks or when I’m traveling and don’t want to be stomping on the floor at hotel rooms. I must have done this one and his other 3 low impact videos over a hundred times. You can still burn good calories without hopping around like you’re insane 😂

Look man, my testosterone has been low my whole life and no one gave me a chance. I've had 0 libido. I went to s shady clinic to get TRT and now tapering off with Clomid after a month. I can't do that shots my whole life. But, I am seeing in rare glimpses how life should be and it's scary but worth it. Your workouts are giving me hope I can get it back. I had total hip replacement just over 3 months ago. In 3 days I'm getting back to cardio. Think this is where I'm gonna start even if I can't hang yet. I'll get there. Gotta protect that joint, no more 45/15 jumping jacks for me

Because of work, i really was struggling getting back into any kind of shape, the hours i was working gave me negative motivation. I did this video for 2 weeks straight and it unlocked all the motivation and the. Some. I’m now finishing your 20 and 30 min dumbell workouts when i could barely muster 5 min and i’m now doing multiple dumbell workout videos back to back!!! I have dropped about 30 pounds in a month. Work still gets in the way sometimes but i never lose that drive to keep going THANK YOU for helping me change my life!!! 🦾🦾🦾

These low impact jawns are always great. My lower leg is held together with a bunch of rods and pins and I have very limited movement in my knee. I still rotate the old videos. Its nice to have variation.

I did this while adding dumbbells and arms on the 20seconds of marching throughout. I'm drenched and this is easy and versatile. I couldn't do the session of burpees on the 21 day challenge because of my wrists. So I hope doing this makes up for it
