    This is way more fun than walking for 30 minutes. I work at home and struggle getting 10000 steps in a day and this is perfect, different and low impact.

    I really liked doing this workout. I have those days where I don't want to over work myself but I also don't want to just skip a day and do nothing so this was perfect. You are doing an excellent job! I really appreciate everything you put into it for us.

    Life saver right here! Recovering from a broken wrist so anything from a plank position is out of the question. Been trying to substitute in other workouts but it gets tiring. This is awesome.

    Day 59/60! I’m so thankful for this workout today after 7 days straight of 12 hr shifts, two being overtime, I’m finally off for two days haha so I’ll be completing this challenge on my off day 💪🏾 haven’t missed ONE day and to God be the Glory for that ! Sending him thanks 🙏🏾

    Been feeling off for a week. Took that time to rest. I’ve been pushing hard. So this morning I decided to kick back in with a low impact. Of course that lasted all of ten minutes when my body craved a harder workout. So I intensified each movement. Thank you again for another kick ass workout

    I just finish completing this workout. I had an amazing time with nonstop movement. And even after the workout, I still thrive after the workout as I feel like more calories are being burned throughout the day. I appreciate you for this workout and moving forward.

      I use it to supplement more intense cardio like on recovery weeks or when I’m traveling and don’t want to be stomping on the floor at hotel rooms. I must have done this one and his other 3 low impact videos over a hundred times. You can still burn good calories without hopping around like you’re insane 😂

    I really enjoyed and appreciated this workout. I have terrible sciatica, and this was such a fun way to get a low impact cardio workout in without jarring my back/hips. I will definitely be adding this to my cardio routine list! Thank you! Keep up the great work and motivation!

    Day 53/60 and I’m still not letting anything come before or higher priority than my workouts 💪🏾💯 excited to try the next challenge Imma move up to weight lifting.     Look man, my testosterone has been low my whole life and no one gave me a chance. I've had 0 libido. I went to s shady clinic to get TRT and now tapering off with Clomid after a month. I can't do that shots my whole life. But, I am seeing in rare glimpses how life should be and it's scary but worth it. Your workouts are giving me hope I can get it back. Thank you for giving me hope.

    I enjoyed this. Can you please do more low impact workouts that are at least 30 minutes long? This helps us that are working up to more advanced training, but you have to start somewhere.❤

    I had total hip replacement just over 3 months ago. In 3 days I'm getting back to cardio. Think this is where I'm gonna start even if I can't hang yet. I'll get there. Gotta protect that joint, no more 45/15 jumping jacks for me

    Thanks for creating a routine for people like me! I enjoy watching your other exercise videos but they are too much for me to do. This one is just right for me.     Hey man, hope you see this. You deserve all the props for this video. Because of work, i really was struggling getting back into any kind of shape, the hours i was working gave me negative motivation. I did this video for 2 weeks straight and it unlocked all the motivation and the. Some. I’m now finishing your 20 and 30 min dumbell workouts when i could barely muster 5 min and i’m now doing multiple dumbell workout videos back to back!!!
    I have dropped about 30 pounds in a month. Work still gets in the way sometimes but i never lose that drive to keep going

    These low impact jawns are always great. My lower leg is held together with a bunch of rods and pins and I have very limited movement in my knee. I still rotate the old videos. Its nice to have variation.

    I did this while adding dumbbells and arms on the 20seconds of marching throughout. I'm drenched and this is easy and versatile. I couldn't do the session of burpees on the 21 day challenge because of my wrists. So I hope doing this makes up for it

    So day 4-21 here .. I went to my normal weekend gym routine and I almost cried knowing I had to pump 2 bully vids after but I’ll be damned after I got past the 20 min hiit this video came up and I have never been so thankful for a light work out in my life 😂😂 bc bully got everyone not being able to feel them legs 🤣
