Now we have to add in the 💥 POW 💥 meter! 10/10. I’m like you I think on medium/small knives brass/copper feels good. I like a little weight it makes it feel well made.
Hey Jarred love your work mate, I’ve been looking at Kizer sheepdog October and Towzer k and others but now have been caught with the Benchmade bug out and Osbourne as well. I can get a few more of the Kizer but the cost of benchmade narrowed it done to 2 knifes or spend less on Kizer and potentially get a few more knifes for the same cost. Any help with this would be awesome.
Thank you for answering my other question in other video.. Between kubey raven (kb245) or kizer splinter, wich should I go for? The kubey is 20 dollars cheaper...
I like the splinter in all it’s versions. I have the Civivi Hadros in black micarta. Great knife! I like the genie but I don’t like front flippers! I don’t know to much about tuya knives. I really like that knife a lot! I will look for that model. I have the Asticus in natural G10 with the dark Damascus steel. Love that knife.
Thanks for the reviews! Aw man, I'm torn on the mini asticus. Love the look of the bushed copper, but that's a pretty hefty weight penalty compared to the G10 versions.
You looked at the Kizer Stealth a while back if I remember correctly, between that and the Genie which would you suggest? I know the Stealth is more expensive but there is the Genie with carbon fiber that's in a similar range, and I'm talking more about overall design.
You would have to compare the titanium genie to the m stealth. They are very different in size, and I haven't tried the titanium model of the genie, so that's tough to answer, but probably the genie because the clip can be difficult from the stealth, but both are amazing as a knife
Hi Jared! Love your content, can you please make a video about "overstropping"? I've hear you on other vids talking of it and think i'm committing that sin regularly LOL
@J Hall I agree, I’m a patriot too and love to support American made companies but at least WE/Artisan have a lot of their money go back into the U.S..
We all buy Chi stuff. That's 90% of Walmart and Dicks and everywhere else. When Americans get paid enough to buy American made products, I would love to see that. But as far as cool knives, that's not where I'm gonna plant my "Made In" ruckus and I'm pretty sure it's not really that big of a deal in the whole economic scheme of things. That said, the US government is about to shut down and close up as of 10/01/2021. We (I'm a proud American, btw) have a system that imports cheap Chinesium at the cost of slave labor, we are told to buy American while our jobs are being sent to the lowest foreign bidder. So, I'm not sweating Chinese knives anymore than I will Chinese underwear . I don't do clones, tho.
Oh yeah, 2 am here, last knife video before sleep ^^ thanks
I’m diggin’ the quick screen shots with the specs and what not. Especially the ones with different options of the same knife with the prices.
👍
Yeah, that definitely a keeper if you have time to edit them in like that.
@@NeevesKnives chapters would be good too!

If your wanting a user that tough and versatile the raven in use the raven for basic edc the splinter
That small Asticus blade looks similar to the Nox! Great video as always!
+1 for difficulty opening the Kizer Genie with middle flick. I can but usually only do so when I’m fidgeting with it.
Try your index finger instead

I like a LARGE ASTICUS myself!!!😉😉
Well there goes the bootie revelation lol. Awesome knives definately some are on my to get list. Keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable
I like this multiple short reviews format ... Keep em coming. 👍
kizer harpoon deadpool is my kitchen edc, but needed new pull the dot straps
Yeah in the process of testing it out
@@NeevesKnives i thought the strap material was cut very rough and was not comfortable. pair it with a kizer butcher and you're all set.

Indeed, I'd rather have a small Astakis than a large Astakis. (I see what you did there! Had me chucklin).
Lol 👊
Getting to the mini asticus lock bar is a pain. Screws up the figet factor. My wife thinks thats great!
Bang!!💥

As a lefty, i never bother switching the clip to the other side. Its a good spot where my finger tips hold on to
Kara is a lefty that carries righty so she doesn't swap either

That Genie looks like a good contender for the McKenna
Yeah but big difference in size
@@NeevesKnives oh, it’s a lot bigger?
that tuya cebu looks a lot like a ferrum forge prolix
Just depends on the kind of guy that you are. Some guys like a big Asticus. Others like a small Asticus. 🤣🤣🤣 Good bunch of knives, there! ✌️
😆
👍
Genie is a terrible name for a knife.
noice
Reverse Hollow Flick.
Bang
Just can't buy Chinese made stuff
Sorry. Just can't. Even though I really like the WE knives.
Gotta support my fellow countrymen.
Good reviews though.

The US retailers, designers, material suppliers, delivery services, etc. Plenty of Americans still earn a living with a "Chinese" knife.
