@@YooperDanKulka what bike model do you have? All modern motorcycles can follow this video and get the general idea. Obviously the rearsets and such on different models are different but the methodology shown can be carried over.
Ok so I had to change the master cylinder and I’m pretty sure I put the cables to the kill switch backwards and now the motorcycle won’t start with the switch unless I jump the solenoid Any idea what can this be?
Sounds like the main fuse is good because when you jump solenoid function you can actually get the starter to turn. The problem is in the curcuit that actuates the solenoid. This circuit has a lockout portion that has to have the appropriate combination of clutch, shift drum, and kickstand position to allow for starter solenoid to close the starter circuit. I would encourage you to start with the starter fuse (in the fuse box, not main fuse by starter relay), then move up the line in the order of easiest to check. So check all your lockout switches and make sure they are connected and working. Then work your way upstream to the wiring and switch in the right switch housing on the handlebar where you have the starter engage button.
Hello, I have an integrated tail light on 07 cbr600rr. My tail light is not working when bike is on but brake lights work. Any idea what could be wrong?
There are many problems that can precipitate that sumptom. When troubleshooting that kind of issue I always start by checking connections and fuses. Sometimes a terminal is not fully seated in the connector housing and the connection is then not conducting. If you purchased the tail light from us then it is the blue wire for running light.

Are you talking about the front brake switch that leads to illumination of your brake light? There typically is no adjustment in that area. You have to inspect the parts and their function with a pass/fail approach. Replace any failing components. Testing should start with brake read switch connectors, then the switch itsel. If they pass, the right handlebar switch body has its own multi terminal connector that makes connection to the bike's harness. this is the next area I would test. If pass, you have to go deeper into harness.
