    Oh my gosh, I wish every channel did a quick summary at the end like this. So often I end up spending too much time trying to rewatch things to study a recipe. This way is so much easier to commit to memory!!

      Yes, it goes very well with hot white rice.
      If you like, you can add 3 bell peppers or minced meat (200g) to make it even tastier. In that case, please increase the amount of seasoning by 1.5 times.
      It also tastes great cold, so you can use it as a sandwich for lunch!

    You don’t soak eggplant 🍆 first , many other cultures do m to remove bitterness

      If they young & slimmer, not so bitter. (Also, I think today even the bigger ones aren't so bitter. You used to have to salt and drain them, first.)
