    I am stunned at just how good the work is that you do. It is so custom and so precise. I love it. Guess I'm kind of a fan boy now! LOL But seriously, bumpers, suspension components, carriers, canopies, kitchen, and on. And so many ingenious ideas incorporated into each piece. Thoroughly impressed.

    Doesn’t this max out your payload? I’m thinking about getting a PW but 1200 lbs payload isn’t a lot for an adventure build. Taking a family of 5 on the truck and you’re already almost maxing out the payload before adding anything.
    Did you do something to increase the payload?

    • @TYVOLEFABRICATION
      @TYVOLEFABRICATION  Год назад +1

      Yes I did add stronger coil springs also airbags works good for me

    • @whocaresjustdoit
      @whocaresjustdoit Год назад +1

      How does the truck handle with the heavy duty coil springs and airbags and all the extra weight? How many additional pounds can the truck carry?Do you have problems with stopping distance?
      Also what was the total cost for all the payload mods? And what did you do to fit 35s?
      Sorry for tons of questions but I’m looking to get a similar build. The only thing that keeps be back is the PW payload 😅

    Awesome build! Love that camper! I can't believe you made that, amazing craftsmanship!. So, I assume the upper cut outs are for awnings so you don't rip them off? And Does it, or will it Pop-up? Love the chainsaw mount too, I have a 2018 PW will Northstar pop-up, so I understand why that needs to be easily accessible.

    • @TYVOLEFABRICATION

    Great work. I am very impressed with what I have seen so far. I love to look as well. I'm currently building my own camper for my truck. I haven't finished my design of it when it comes to the total high. I see how tall yours is. How often do you run into high restrictions on the the trail with your camper?

    • @TYVOLEFABRICATION
      @TYVOLEFABRICATION  2 года назад +1

      Thank you 🙂 I’m about 9feet 2 inch tall so far mostly fairing with narrow trails with bushes. The hight not much problem . Share some pic when you finish design . Im not fan of pop up campers so I build my own .

      @@TYVOLEFABRICATION thank you for a quick response. Greatly appreciated your information. I'm used to overlanding and offroading with jeeps. Well now I have kids and my jeep was starting to become cramped. Plus the trips with my family are trending longer and longer. So I sold my jeep 😭, but to a great friend who loves jeeps.
      I too not a big fan of trailers or soft sided pop-ups. I am contemplating building a hard sided pop-ups. I have 2 camper designs, 1 is fixed hard sided similar dimensions as yours, and the other is a hard sided pop-up.
