High ISO Noise Comparison Between the Nikon D810 and Z8

I compare converted high ISO RAW images from the Nikon D810 to the Nikon Z8. Can the 10 year old D810 compete with the 1 year old Z8 for high ISO noise?
Lightroom was set to use camera setting when I converted the RAW images.
