I first began to wake up to this after seeing 7 different people walking the same dog. I was homeless at the time. What easier target than one outside without security? At first it scared me. Then I realised no one was putting hands on me. So I put my fear aside and began training myself. I learned from it. It made me stronger bolder and wiser. I don't think interpersonal bullying set ups and violence under threat of institutionalization have improved me at all. I have become jaded and trust others far less than I once did. I am a TI and victim of 24/7 surveillance. My former employer IT-company EPAM Systems made me a target and has been gang-stalking me for a while. They have been doing everything in order to destroy my physical and mental health, and my life. It's a criminal dangerous company that stole my DNA and remotely neurally monitors my brain, broadcasts my thoughts to the public, follows me, performs street theater, noise harasses me 24/7, watches me 24/7 through my eyes, feels my body through my brain, beates me with em waves, hacked all my devices and cyber stalkes me etc. They have made my life a living hell.
Make positive confessions daily and play positive music, watch comedies and do things that will lift your spirits and bring joy. Being happy, peaceful and joyful is torture to them, but health to you.

I abandoned my home of 25 years all my precious belongings basically I abandoned myself and my normal life. I figured it out removed some devices wired into my appliances 4 of them. I cut the wires I disconnected the line to dish network and in 2 days. In my sleep I was drugged raped and I should be dead from drug reaction since I'm very deadly allergic to narcotics. Plus I should be dead due to the assualt to kill. My skull is crushed my breast plate spilt compl into. every bone very arm bone legs and feet bone my whole body crushed. When you wake in the middle of the night and find your windows smashed you are not crazy; you avoid the glass and clean it up. When you find that your tire has been slashed and the auto repair man tells you "This did not happen because you drove over something sharp." When you go to class and the days lesson is not about anything in your syllabus. The professor talks about how you bathed that morning and the night before. He accepts comments from your fellow class mates about how you brushed your teeth and put the cap back on the tube. He does an analysis on how you played with your dogs and their toys. The room comes alive when they discuss the clothing and color of items that you picked out but decided not to wear. the hair care products you used, the hand that you wiped yourself with when you used the toilet; that made everyone in the room seem to pulse with an unholy exhilaration. They talk about the plants in your spare room that you watered and fertilized and how you made your bed and the color scheme of your bedroom. They laugh out loud when they comment on the way that you checked yourself in the mirror. They give nutritional advice about your dinner and breakfast, every single food that your plate had held and the beverages you drank, milk, water, cranberry juice, aloe. They disappointingly acknowledge that you also washed your dishes and put them away. Then they discuss all the food items in your refrigerator and freezer giving particular attention to what is on the doors of both.They discuss the prayers that you said and whom you prayed for and when, if, and how you cried, laughed, and spoke in tongues. They discuss your body posture in prayer. And they each are asked by your professor what they think. And the class is "The New Testament" or "Statistics" or "Biology", or "Psychology". And the whole class raise their hands to express what they think....You accidentally drop your pen and feel self conscious. That same night you get a phone call from a family member who talks about only what your classmates discussed in class but pretends that he/she is discussing his/her own day. Then when you say that you have to end the call because you have to study he/she says in a rushed tone of voice "Oh, I dropped my pen!" What would you think? When you go to your vehicle and find you have another flat and the gash is bigger than the first and you wonder what is really happening? When you exit your home and find your neighbor exiting from under your vehicle you know what you saw. When you come home and your home has been broken into and the door has been damaged you fix it and you change your locks. When you order dinner at a restaurant and open your sandwich and find someone has hawk spit on top of your condements and you call a manager and they are speechless but not in the least surprised you are calm and kind. When you exit the restaurant and find another gash in your tire and you slowly head to a tire shop in the morning thinking this is the third time. When you take your brand new pants out if the closet and they have been slashed, you make them into shorts but never wear them out doors. When you enter your home and find everything moved around and you get comments from people at your local movie theatre and grocery store about the comments of your classmates when they openly discuss your routine at home because the guy at the movie theatre disagrees that two large glasses is too much cranberry juice. And the woman at the grocery loved your outfit and color scheme in your bedroom and tells you point blank. And when you leave your house in the morning you have another flat making it four in less than a month you understand that none of the above are coincidental. What would you think? Probably what all Targeted Individuals think, "Father I forgive them. Thank you for your holy angels that you have encamped around me. Thank you for protecting me. Come Lord YAHSHUAH come".

Also told me I will never achieve anything. Push me into the wrong high school (I picked totally different one from the one they pushed me). Hack into any electronics that are connected to the Internet. Hack and stole my Facebook account. Impersonating me. Makes me having anger/rage attacks. If I wanted to keep my word on something they made everything to brake me. Also rape me, video tape it and share it on Internet. Suggesting what videos to watch or what articles/comments to read. Gossiping included. Makes false evidences against me, for example fake tax fraud. They even manage to make evidence that I beat animals, when I never ever do so nor think to do so. They even took photos of my dad to make a false information and evidences against him too. They will make and try everything to destroy a person (or they will keep trying). They even want to destroy a family.

However, it is far less likely that more than 3 books published AFTER 1980 would contain the same exact information as any kind of "typo" or "misprint." After I showed this to one person only, she came back to me a few days later aggressively accusing me of knowing more than I said. This is what I've found for you. If any of these techniques are being used then you are a victim of this organized harrasment Harassment techniques include: 1. Surveillance (being followed, electronic surveillance, computer and phone hacking, monitoring all online activities, and bugging of home) 2.Profiles are built to identify any and all weaknesses and insecurities to be used later. Information often obtained through sexual partners or trusted people in their lives. 3.Conditioning where victims are sensitised to certain stimuli such as everywhere you go someone will cough as they walk past you. The goal is to make you self police and then think anyone who coughs is involved in the harassment. People report of conditioning to include hand gestures, an overt use of colour in peoples clothing (like everyone you see wearing red) or cars a certain colour or with headlights on (also known as brighting). 4. Anchoring where someone will provide false rationales for the harassment. Often many possible rationales are planted to keep the victim confused and the focus of the harassment cycles from one possible reason to another round and around so as to keep the victim guessing in a self perpetuating guessing game where every scenario you are to blame and causes self doubt, fear, intimidation, and ultimately a cycle of destructive thoughts 5. Mobbing (or true gangstalking) where everywhere you go you will see an overt display of people following you and often use words you have been conditioned to or your name to draw your attention 6. Street theatre where a group will "perform" an overt activity like a fake confrontation or scenarios designed to test your reactions. Often takes the form of a couple who position themselves near you and then have a conversation using many of your conditioned words or pertaining to your particular situation and sensitivities. 7.The use of directional speakers which have the ability to direct sound to a single individual in a crowded room. This particular item is ultimately the most used and is often referred to as V2K or Voice to Skull and is used extensively in the psychological breakdown of the victim. The use initially is to cause the victim to doubt their sanity and drive them into the mental health system, and later to just torment and never give the victim a moment of privacy or peace. If they do enter the mental health system, then harassment escalates dramatically as the victim has now been "discredited" and can be labeled as someone with a mental problem if they do speak out about the harassment. 8.The use of electronics to effect your eyesight and balance which was originally developed for the military and police crowd control called "dazzling" and even the ability to make you vomit. 9. Sound campaigns which is a community harassment technique where abnormal levels of sound are directed at the victim and their home. This includes cars deliberately breaking or accelerating when they pass, people talking excessively loudly at all hours of the night, amplification of sound using directional speakers so that external sounds that previously couldnt be heard now can, garbage trucks and other heavy vehicles, and countless other deliberate tactics 10.Sleep deprivation - this is perhaps one of the most insidious tactics used where victims are woken multiple times a night and can be kept awake for days at a time. The effects are dramatic and completely debilitating effecting concentration, mood, irritability, appearance, and significantly impacts all areas of their life - job performance, relationships, and significantly aids in discrediting the victim as they appear unorganised, disheveled, and sleeping patterns alter so they may sleep during the day (where noise campaigns are more effective) and be awake at night (where they can be painted as the one making noise and being a disruptive member of the community). 11. Baiting or entrapment where victims are harassed to the point that they lash out and commit a crime such as assault, break and enter or vandalism, as they try and locate the source of the harassment. Harassers will actively try to provoke verbal and physical confrontations especially after a period of sleep deprivation. Or they are prompted into an activity which can then be used as leverage such as affairs, sexuality, drug use, or other criminal activity. 12. Gaslighting which is a form of psychological abuse where someone will actively try undermine victims and to make them doubt themselves so that they lose all self confidence and self esteem and are therefor easier to manipulate and push toward the mental health pathway. It can be as simlpe as being told something which they then deny, then telling them how silly they are for thinking they said it, and turn the lie around into an attack on the person. It can be incredibly effective coming from a trusted person and before the victim understands what is happening to them. 13.Blackbag jobs is a term when a harasser breaks into a victims property and places something or deliberately moves something. The purpose is to cause self doubt, and fear that their property is being accessed which harassers try to then sell as paranoia. 14. Propaganda and disinformation is also the other key element to suppress knowledge of this practice as its effectiveness initially requires the victim to be unaware of the existence of gangstalking, gaslighting, or the electronic technologies such as directional speakers so huge amounts of time are devoted online to creating disinformation sites which attempt to discredit victims by pushing the mental health agenda. They achieve this by posing as victims and actively trying to sound crazy so that all victims are are treated as such. Also by creating websites claiming to help victims and being a resource for victims to come together and then harassing them to the extent that they lose hope and no longer reach out for help causing further isolation. 15. Further to the above, gangstalkers rely on disbelief and discrediting and as such much of the harassment is designed (at least initially) to mimic mental health issues. They also rely on their abuse being so extreme, so pervasive, so fundamentally immoral, as to be disbelieved and victims subsequently resort to photographing, videotaping, and sound recording their everyday encounters to disprove the countless unfounded claims made against them - especially in relation to gaslighting, which gangstalkers try to turn around and paint the victims as paranoid or irrational. Victims are made to feel helpless as every attempt to defend themselves is used against them and when they seek help they are met with disbelief or open hostility.

I was stalked by the Kentucky state police for about a year. This is my story. I was on a chat app and I met a woman. She told me that she liked bad boys and asked me what is the worse things I had ever done. I made up some stuff and told her some stuff that people had told me they did. Then she says this is the Kentucky state police and your in big trouble. Then the stalking, threatening, harassing began. The sergeant said they were going to beat me to death, then he said he would put me in a cell with a rapist to get raped. Got followed everywhere I went by the police helicopter. They would show up at my place in the country outside cocking guns right on the outside of my place on just the other side of the wall where I sit, I heard like a drilling or sawing sound so the next day I go out the tree right next to my place had saw marks on it. I lived in a trailer and I found they had drilled a hole behind my bed from outside and we're gasing me. I remember seeing the gas and one time I woke up with something on or touching my head and I remember them talking to me. I woke up and right away realized it and said F you out loud and I heard him say I'm gonna get your ass. The rocked my hole trailer back and forth somehow. He said he was going to hook up my trailer to the police helicoters with cables and drag my trailer over the hill. would set up situations in public to see how I act. I always could tell and I'd point it out to them. They flew the helicopter down once within feet of my car, they had a checkpoint to stop traffic then just motioned me on by. That's how they did it without anyone seeing. They didn't like that or that I talked a little shit in the beginning. I wish that I had recorded it but they had me scared to death and told me I better not. A different guy that I think might have been with the sheriff office spoke to me on the chat app and helped me. He even came out to my trailer some and run them off when we're there. I didn't do those things I said I did but even if I did it was wrong and against the law. (Still heard it) but I don't think that helped. I didn't realize by using my Wi-Fi on my phone for a good connection was not a good idea. I was so upset and tired I did go to the hospital - THEN? They sent me to psych as they made up some happy story that I supposedly told them. Before I left the psych Hospital which was their sister Hospital, they wanted me to sign a piece of paper stating that I acknowledge I am "schizophrenic" which I refused. "THIS", is today's technology. It's also in the hands of kids... Charming isn't it? YES, I THINK SO TOO!

I am considering reaching out to foreign governments such as Russia, Iran , etc to invite them to study the weapons and surveillance technology that I am subjected to in my home every day. It maybe of interest to their national security and they may want to develop technology to detect it and develop countermeasures. Let me your thoughts.
Trust me, I'm sure these countries are all aware, especially Russia since directed energy weapons were something that they supposedly developed first as well as something called punitive psychiatry, which is also what the v2k is being used to do--infer that those who hear it are schizophrenic or crazy. The US govt is late and doesn't seem to have an original idea. I believe what's happening is that for generations many families have been unknowingly used as involuntary guinea pigs and there may be a few people of conscience working in these nazi pogroms who instead of risking their own livelihoods, reputations and pensions, they use people like me who are already life long targeted individuals/involuntary guinea pigs (but unaware up til we hear V2k or become aware of gang stalking & overt signs of harassment). to do what they are too cowardly to do. They figure we're already being used by the government so why not target us with US military advanced technologies to bring attention to what the US govt has probably been doing for centuries to certain demographics. You cannot tell me the US govt is not aware of TIs and what's going on. This technology is not the kind of stuff you pick up at your local walmart. There is NO way anyone with access to it hasn't been completely vetted and authorized by the US govt and it's proxies. I believe even foreign nations are being enlisted to harass people outside of the country. This is not just a US govt thing. Many industrialized nations are also using this technology and one of the leading pioneers in the industry is Israel.

i've been a t.i since a child, im used to it & know my heart & soul is with Jesus so I don't worry with it & my best friend realized he is a t.i. maybe since 10 yrs ago at most & his heart also is with Jesus..Anyways, we both live in different states so we obviously deal with different perps & situations....What's upsetting me is that the perps have messed with his well being so bad that he absolutely doesn't trust anybody & tonight he even turned on me, sayin that I was a perp because i took my glasses off to clean them...The perps in his particular life do alot of fake coughing & random movements which in turn makes him believe that he can always decipher between the real & fake but in all actuality the perps have mindfucked him so much that he will think everyone is out to get him from something so small as itching your nose or coughing or whatever...All I can think of is that, thats exactly what the perps wanted the whole time, was for my friend to be alone & turn on the ones that are actually legit & on his side because the perps can't break him in other ways...It's sad because I've told my friend the ways around this shit but he thinks he knows it all but little does he know, is that the perps in his life are getting the upper hand on him...I want some feedback from legit t.i's on what their opinion is on this because my best friend is absolutely losing his mind & Im trying to get through to him but to no avail, what do I do...I have my ideas but Im hoping their will be an experienced t.i. to give me even more sound advice.
Try explaining to him that "they" intentionally promote the perception of coincidences in targets to where, as you said, everything and everyone seems like it is a part of the targeting. It builds with momentum. But do it in a way where you are talking about your own journey, rather than pointing out to him things that he needs to do as he would likely interpret that as being a form of manipulation. He will need to see through the bs largely on his own and I recommend he actually stay indoors and isolated away from people and social media, if at all possible. Doing so will allow his mind to heal and will allow him to connect the [real] dots.
I would also recommend making light of the circumstances but not in a way where he feels you are poking fun at him. Humor can go a long ways and if you can make him laugh while you are doing something like coughing or touching your nose then chances are that he will eventually instinctively know that you aren't one of them.
Look out for yourself too. The state that he is in is a very dangerous one and he is likely very unpredictable and ready to lash out.

The majority of people will fall into that category of being a "perp", and I can relate somewhat to your friend. It's true though, especially the fake coughing part. I started to recognize that the main perps do this half cough burst and then do this "accented" clear of the throat. It isn't a natural one. What makes them "perps" is that they copy each other, without you having had seen them together, and are usually the ones trying to rob you of your focus, gossiping, slandering.

When I was growing up, there would be another student who would tell me everything that Ii was doing in my bedroom and they didn't live close by to me or even in the same apartment building. They'd hear conversations, see what I was doing...etc. It's happened to me once in elementary school and again in junior highschool. In my adult years, it's my next door neighbors on each side of my home that I live in that area gang stalking my every move.
Legal surveillance is one thing - like police looking for crime. This is what we the people have voted into being in Washington. However, using such technology for harassment, facilitating corporate and personal vendettas or as a means for private employers to influence or control employees... this is questionable. This is a very strange betrayal of America coming from above, seemingly.
One reason I think the supposed 'authorities' - people who happen to be doing the attacks - will not meet the citizens halfway in the fiasco is because they think that they are better than the victims. Like, "better" in the American sense. Like "social standing", corporate/ideological indoctrination, Christian or financial superiority or whatever... There are many deviations in the society America has created which presupposes itself to be 'capitalist' or the 'champions of inequality' or the 'champions of private industry'. If I may be relevant with current affairs, I've noticed that a lot of the hirelings for Gangstalking are black people or white veterans (but not exclusively). The military and gangstalking 'authorities' treats the blacks like slaves to be used against the whites and other groups. The white Christian veterans participating in dragnets are of course probably deceived into thinking they are some sort of 'higher social class'. This is OK. It's okay to be who you are, but I don't think it's wise to divide people intentionally and to attempt all this population control and manipulation of peoples' everyday lives and personal lives. There's like many different ways to divide the country. For America's sins against my family and their unceasing unwarranted invasion of my personal life, they have lost one who would have otherwise fought on their behalf against real enemies, and not perceived enemies, which they perceive us to be.
I think that when America needs the people's support again, then the people will not be there to support them any longer because of their widespread sins against us and their general unrepentant ideology and attitude towards us. Surely, fate has chosen this point in history to speak to humanity and demonstrate the affairs of mankind's being.
America believes that in the future, when calamity visits our land they will use their so-called military 'elites' and their technology and suppose that they will herd all of the sheeple and reign over us and our children as they have been able to do in the previous century, however truly how long will the Universe allow so many souls which they have not created to suffer their injustice, upon an Earth which they have not created and through labors which they have not accomplished but have inherited. Indeed, you cannot reign over souls like this, like they are attempting to do. It is impossible and unsustainable. We are dealing with countless innocent souls like myself and others and these souls are beyond their grasp and they do not know the nature of the soul but operate according to the principles of their machine. Honestly, for all we know they are probably blind, and this is why they have destroyed our land which our fathers have built and which they have profited off of.

I'm a TI and if anything, you will find that most of us complaining about being subjected to V2k/nano implants & gang stalking ANYWHERE ONLINE ARE disproportionately black & female. I think this is more in line with historical data and the fact that the US govt has always tended to prefer to surreptitiously & illegally medically experiment on black people and others they feel don't have any recourse or social standing. The 40-year-long (1932-1972) Tuskegee Experiment is often cited as the reason most blacks don't trust the US medical establishment, but the truth is TODAY'S Targeting Phenomena is just ONE CURRENT & ONGOING instance of US govt crimes against humanity. So in your case (or maybe you are a paid troll, I don't know), the voices of blacks may be the ones you hear but as a black woman, my V2k pre-recorded voices were just the opposite--white anal-sounding males. I think that's the objective in the beginning--to make you think the other "team" is behind this when it's really just basic US military psychological operations. I am actually of the opinion that most gangstalking are actually the illusions and works of demons rather than physical humans doing it. I cannot claim I know this for a fact 100% but the comment I posted under this specific YT video was when I was of the opinion that it was being carried out by real, physical humans....in which I would say the U.S. military are the culprits. As of this time I am of the opinion that my gangstalking and probably others' as well is actually spiritual and demonic in nature. The spirits or demons create the illusion to turn us against other humans. I do not really have proof but this is my opinion. I think logic and reasoning would suggest that the scale of gangstalking conspiracy is impossible to replicate by physical means. I have heard others talk about being harassed by satanic cults. Perhaps this would imply some sort of sorcery is involved as others have claimed.
