Or, and hear me out now, the "victims" are lying.
My daughter and I experienced exactly this two years ago, for half a year. It was daily. It would happen to us at consistent certain times. We would be in two totally different locations many miles apart when this would strike during the day, but experienced the same things, at the same exact times. We've had to go on strong antidepressants ever since from the horrible anxiety.
I remember that when it started, it would hit at the heart area and then spread to the rest of the body. It was like the energy or life essence was being drained from us. The anxiety would crop up and it felt like something was seriously wrong. Almost like a going crazy feeling. Then pain all over especially areas in the spine behind the heart, and lower back. It's like the nervous system was attacked.
We felt helpless like nothing we did could stop it.
I would wake up in the middle of the night feeling this happen. One time it felt like something was litterally taking my heart out if my body. I woke up and felt so sick to my stomach and so scared. It felt like I was surrounded by a dark icky cloud.
It was very scary.
Eventually it went away. But the trauma of being violated and harmed like this, not knowing what was going on and why will stick with us. Not knowing when and where it may happen again is a constant fear. It's an invisible enemy, tormentor.
I live in USA, Wisconsin and we are not a part of the government.

Hello Maria, do you and your daughter listen to any audio programs that are spiritual and energy related? For example there are some audio videos on RUclips that use sound to relax you, ease pain, and help you meditate. I want you to think about the media you started using and listening to around the time of the incidents began.
Another thing to consider is how have your pets been acting since this first occured? Have they seemed anxious or aggressive? Acting strangely in that way? I am working on a theory and I think I know what it is but need to know where it is coming from exactly.

This is going to be really odd, but I'm going to lay it out there anyway, just in case others have similar issues.
OK, there is this dude that would pop up out of no where on Facebook and message me throughout the years. He felt really creepy and as if something was seriously wrong.
I remember back then, I would feel really off whenever i opened any of his messages. Life would take a turn for the worse and I would be in my darkest place for what seemed to be for no reason. Life would come crashing in an almost miraculous way.
Well, this happened again two years ago. Each Facebook message I would open felt like something was shooting into my heart and infecting the rest of my body as if I was given large doses of negative energy or my life essence was being drained from me. . I would begin to feel so drained and so sick to my stomach. Every muscle would ache. After a while, behind my heart, in my spine, in one spot, the pain would be excruciating. It's almost as if a portal was opened and there was some messed up connection through Facebook and any other internet correspondence I had with this dude. Even looking at his picture caused the same reaction.
Before I could put two and two together, both my daughter and I would be affected at the same exact times every day. I remember I had started a new job working at a telecommunication center working with computers soon after this all started.
I remember out of the blue, I'd be sitting there in the classroom and I would feel some icky wierd energy at the base of my spine rise up into my head. It was powerful. Then I would feel so drained and the pain would start up again. Meanwhile, the entire computer system would start glitching and then completely crash. (We couldn't do our work, so we were excused to leave). My Co workers next to me would start freaking out suddenly and another one would suddenly feel drained and nearly pass out. My own anxiety would also sky rocket and nothing I did would tame it down. It felt like I was being attacked by an invisible enemy and I felt so helpless. This happened daily. Oddly, my own daughter would experience exactly this at the same time I did. Although, she would actually get Ill. We ended up having strange things happening in our home. Shadow people, strange smells, horrible nightmares. My daughter and my relationship became really strained and she acted out as if she were possessed.
I had had enough and enlisted the help of some very powerful spiritual healers and gurus/saints of India. Oh yeah, I also had a cat that would go crazy running back and forth gong crazy and growl and meow aggressively as if she was taken over by something when this strange stuff would happen at home.
I ended up also deleting my Facebook account, email accounts associated with the dude, wiped my phone and computers clean. It completely stopped after that. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I have an idea. All I can say AI is involved.
I am a Reiki practicioner and I know for a fact that it's real and it works. You can infuse pictures with Reiki energy, send energy in emails. You can send Reiki to the past, present and future, to exact times and dates.....and so on.
One with dark intentions can also do this too.

I have similar experiences, but it hasn't stopped. It started in May of 2018. I was reading the Bible everyday like I was drawn to God. I still do. When this started, I couldn't read hardly at all. My heartbeat would be so fast, and I felt the need to drink water constantly. The ringing in my left ear never stops. Oh, and yes my dogs bark at nothing quite often and act scared to go outside. I live near an earthquake fault line. I have often wondered if that had something to do with the physical symptoms and dogs behavior.

@@beckyrouse8033 I want you to do an experiment for me if you don't mind. It may be very helpful in understanding the issue. I want you to get a notebook and keep track of these experiences in writing. Write down how you feel, what you were doing, what you were thinking and take note of the media and audio devices that are on at the time in the house and room. Oh and I doubt it happens outdoors does it?
Just make note of all that comes to your mind no matter what it is or how silly it may seem at first. If the thought repeats or something repeats it is very important to document it. Keep a record and write the time, location, and date for each entry. Try to keep writing it down as much as you can. If you miss one try to go back and guess to get as close as you can to the facts.
The actual experiment is to try reading with a printed Bible for a few times this week and see what happens when you do. Just use the printed Bible when you would normally read. If it increases or decreases or if it stops altogether make your notes and entry in the notebook. Just turn off all of the tvs and audio devices when you read and try it out for a few days. See what happens and try to relax and read normally.
Then if you have any results, questions, or thoughts you can message me and I will make sure to keep an eye out for your posts. The good news is it is something I think that can be helped and it is not just you. This is happening all over the country right now and I am trying to figure out how to help people solve this mystery. So you are not alone and what you are feeling is very real but it can be stopped. I have a pretty good idea of what it is but I need to do some research to narrow down the source. So if you work with me we can try to figure this out and help millions of Americans. Take care and I will check for a reply several times a day in case you want to ask or tell me something. I will be in touch. ONE LAST THING... try upping your zinc intake. That may also help with the dogs but you need to lower their stress and anxiety. There is a spread called Marmite that you should try and see how that makes you feel. It should help and it is relatively cheap and easy to get.

What about the citizens who never agreed to be experimented on in the US? This is happening to many people with no security clearance for assorted reasons. its a standardized 'stop what you are doing/discredit you/ make you appear insane' type weapon that may be tower based.

I believe this is what I have had since late 2014. I was working next to Patrick Air Force base. I’m now on disability. I have horrible vertigo, and chronic migraines. Migraines at least 20-25 days a month. Terrible balance. Spinning, dizziness, nausea. I pray they find something to relieve it. 😭

Doctors aren't going to understand until it becomes publicly accepted. They're just going to write you off as crazy. You're not crazy and what has happened to you is awful. I'm sorry that you've had to deal with it alone. This tech was definitely around 10 years ago, at least in the New York metro area, so it wouldn't surprise me if this is what you endured in 2014. They needed unwitting human guinea pigs to quietly experiment on while fine tuning these weapons-- people who are somewhat loners, intelligent but suggestible, etc. People whose deaths could be attributed to heart attacks or complete loss of mental capacity should the weapons be poorly calibrated. And of course it has to be done in secret, because who would stand for innocent people to be experimented on in such a way? It's completely illegal (unless the target is temporarily stripped of citizen status, hello secret FISA courts). It's also a gross violation of medical ethics. Check to see if you fit the profile of an unwitting guinea pig. If you're former military or live near a base, you already check some of the boxes.

Watch your use and exposure to 5G EMR and EMF because it has a tremendous effect on people suffering from this EMF hypersensitivity. Power stations, wi fi, cell towers, powerlines, and around airports due to the ILS systems that use EMF/EMR to guide planes in to land. All of that makes the symptoms worse and can give you IBS or irritable bowel syndrome in a short time.
This is getting worse for many Americans but most are unaware of the source and do not see it as connected. Even the doctors fail to see the connection between the different symptoms and try to treat them like individual mystery ailments rather than one condition with shared features and symptoms.

I blame deformed or malfunctioning frontal lobes. A normal human feels empathy. A sociopath does not.

This is exactly what happened to me in Truckee CA 2007,08. I got bald, ended up on my kitchen floor twice, couldn't sleep for more than 2 hours, couldn't enjoy music, couldn't get into meditative state. 9 months, till I left. They did this to me for years in CO. Pure evil. I could not believe some if the things that happened was orchestrated by humans. We are talking very bad natured people.

I'm 100% convinced this happened to me. I was walking down the hallway of the flat I live in around three years ago and felt a sudden burst through my head, which at the time I felt was like being hit by some kind of high frequency waveform, accompanied by a brief sound which sounded like the Cicada sound described at the beginning of this video. I briefly lost consciousness and fell to the floor breaking the humerus of my right arm. I have since been experiencing an inability to sleep and when I do I often experience intense, nightmarish dreams. I'm a law abiding citizen with no connection to security services. I have a tinnitus which I hear when the room is quiet which I can only describe as sounding like a high frequency modem sound, similar to the way old home computers used to sound when loading games/software(ZX Spectrum cassette).
I was standing in my garage in broad daylight and this black smoke flew right in my right side of body.
I have the exact kind of tinnitus that you are describing. I described its sound like a bunch of cicadas off in the distance, but your description fits it. This only began three years ago when they were doing construction on the interstate here. Twenty-four by seven, they were using earthmovers that did the same thing over and over and over again, and they emitted a sound that made me physically sick. I could hear it outside, but it was so much worse inside where it bounced off the walls, floor, and ceiling. Months of this. I panicked and wanted to leave the house and not come back until it was done. It was to the point of feeling like I was about to faint, but worse than that it incited a rage in me like I've never known. I felt like I wasn't even me in my body. I was so enraged that my skin turned red with it. I never cried but each time I heard it I was crazy with anger. It was almost impossible to mask the noise. I went to doctors and they were no help at all. My hearing is acute anyway. And ever since, I've had the maddening tinnitus thanks to them. I called the county and the ones doing the work and their boss came over here to hear me out. He was very apologetic and helpful, but obviously they couldn't stop the work and I couldn't just move out. I asked them to compromise then, and make them take a break every couple of hours so that I could recover. So if heavy equipment can make such a repetitive sickening low and humming droning sound twenty four hours a day, I cannot imagine what a diabolical human being can do with it.

So sorry for these good people, receiving barely mediocre care when they deserve the absolute BEST our country has to offer.
This started for us when we reported child abuse to the government. My husband has it to. We both have ringing in the ears. The ringing in ears has never stopped for 1 second in over 10 years. We both get the same exact shooting pains and much more weird unexplainable stuff that we just know nobody would believe. We haven't been able to figure it out. We constantly hear weird noises just like the ones in this video and other sounds almost like put into our brains. I can't explain it. This video describes it almost exactly. Millions of people must hear these noises. It's been over 10 years now for us. We read stuff about gang stalking but it always sounds like crazy people. Nobody was ever arrested from our reports and we even brought child pornography to the FBI. No arrests and it haunts me everyday. These sounds & noises I hear are so weird that I wear headphones almost 24 hours a day to block them out. Why us?? We are just normal people. I had an SCI clearance in the Air Force but that wouldn't have anything to do with this today. We turn off our phones and still hear these sounds so it's not comming from our phones. We've traveled and it still happens. We've just gotten used to it now but sure would be great if it stopped!!
I had those symptoms in 2007 in north Tahoe. I also woke up with strange cramps in legs and arms. Sounded like an old tv being turned on, uhf. Just one of their toys.
I believe you. You don't sound schizophrenic like so many do thinking it's their neighbors or boss or ex spouses doing this to them. That's far fetched. I recognize the ongoing tinnitus as one of the indicators. There is pressure in the head, intense ringing, and when it is sustained for long periods of time it is exhausting. I've been able to concentrate enough to distinguish what sounds like voices and dialogue. I suspect this is part of a covert spying and touch free torture program. The letter to the attorney from the NSA in this video identified that "other" countries have weapons like this remember? Naturally they aren't going to suggest that they have them too and are using them illegally on American soil on their own citizens. That's treason.

Yes but for me the general American person looks this way. Every time I leave the country my health gets so much better and I look younger then I come back and some serious health issues occur like a seizure with loss of memory and it takes months to get back to normal. People are suffering all over. I always thought it was the food and technology basically. It seems since cell phones became a new normal so has depression and bad health and diabetes in young kids. People age terribly. Whatever we are doing is not working

I think that our government also tested low doses of our own weapons on us. Because mental health was not as fully understood, there were doctors who basically said, "This is all in your head, get over it", failing to acknowledge that even if something is purely psychogenic, that is still valid and requires empathetic treatment.

It will burn a persons skin at close range and if you have someone sit in a room with a camera in there so you can tell if hour hitting them with the energy you can make them nauseous and sick feeling. Yeah, tried it when I was going through it. Ended up just pacing endlessly which caused another bad habit. In the end, I'm convinced it's definitely psychological and spiritual warfare here. Traumatic Brain Injury.
Including retired NFL players with concussion...
We know how to help and are altruistically motivated to help others get better.
It is possible, but does take time.
My brain is now more in tune to music and I actually (think🤓 I) can sing and dance!

I know a woman who has said the same exact thing to me. She was married into big oil, divorced, and got the same symptoms I got from talking about 2001. She went the mainstream medical route, and got convinced her illness was toxic mold. Seems cut and dry to me. The specialist you get funneled to is an operative. You probably believe this garbage. Time heals it, but not the cataracts, (I'm 47) and the missing hair. People stole a couple decades of my life, on top of destroying my dreams. They sabotaged everything I tried to do, and of course, even saying so sounds like I'm just making excuses. The program is designed to discredit you among those who trusted you.

Another possibility (that can be co-occuring along with weapon tech) is that it is merely a byproduct of technology itself, IE just like some people have a higher degree of smell sense or better vision (some can even see colours most gen pop can't), that some are more sensitive to the EMF waves/frequencies of tech like towers or TVs....thus, an almost "bleeding" effect like one radio station into another occurs at the brain WAVE neuro/bio level,..soo ad on an increase in the use of psycho active drugs (legal & illegal, but both synchronize PSYchosis), and collectivised propaganda paranoia so everyone generally thinks of the same things to be scared of...and you get a cross between "burn after reading" (movie), and "person of interest" (TV show).

Constant, extended sleep deprivation is an important part of the routine.
This can result in sleep deprivation psychosus which can be debilitating or deadly.
Its called Targeted Individual. Happens more than ppl think, they just spoke up. Anyone can become targeted.
I am a targeted individual. It's horrible 24/7.
