Why have the Us not developed the technology to counteract this yet? The US Intelligence agencies also use directed energy weapons against their enemies, and they are very familiar with this technology.

    • @wolfumz
      @wolfumz 8 месяцев назад

@@Starlightbarking They talk a lot about the symptoms, but not very much about the technology. I find it telling there are no physicists or engineers here.
Soundwaves require a medium to transmit (like waves in water). Walls, and maybe windows, are going to disperse the wave and block it from propagating. Observe waves in water, you'll see, waves lose their intensity pretty quickly. Soundwaves are a non-starter.
The other explanation is based on something called the Frey effect. This neurologist Frey researched this in the 1960s. Frey would get some microwaves that have a bunch of energy, and beam them right at someone's head. The microwaves transmit that energy right next to the subject's ear, or even into their ear canal. There, the microwave heats up the air. The resulting thermal shockwave then hits the eardrum. The microwaves could cause people to perceive clicks, pops, hissing, or buzzing. They could sometimes cause dizziness, or feeling like your head was oscillating.
So, as far as anyone knows, _all_ _known_ symptoms are just from microwaves heating up the air in your ear.
So this is already kind of a stretch, both being able to deliver that power without anyone noticing, and the heat causing all these symptoms, like poor concentration and memory (which is a classic symptoms of stress). You're just not going to be able to deliver that kind of power into someone's ear without anyone else noticing.

Get tested for lead exposure. Lead settles to the bones so it's difficult to test for in the blood reliably without sometimes introducing chemical to make it activate a bit from bones. Do some research. Sometimes lead exposure will show up on bone x-rays. Ammunition is very high in lead. All the Vietnam Vets who came home crazed and accused of doing drugging themselves sat in the fumes of machine gunning all day and night. The jet fuel has lead. Paint on navy ships and subs is leaded. Gulf war syndrome in certain cases was blamed on lead but official report blamed the men who dumped leaded fuel on sand to keep dust down and dried their clothes on engine exhausts that emitted lead. What a joke. Every single bullet used, all the fuel, exhaust and much of the paint used in military has lead. Maybe go someplace aside from VA to get tested.

For the next 3 years I experienced so many health issues from vertigo, sudden intense allergic reactions to all kinds of things, my body quit sweating and I developed a full body rash, joint issues, memory loss etc.. Since 'Havana' first become public knowledge in 2016, directed acoustic or microwave beams have been suspected as the likely cause.
So, WHY HAVEN'T INSTRUMENTS BEEN DESIGNED TO DETECT THESE???
The sensors, detectors, and instruments for these have existed since the 1950's, if not before. A compact detector/recorder could be constructed within weeks to ascertain the frequency, pulse rate, and intensity. With a little more effort, and multiple sensors, it could also ascertain the direction.

@@PhantasmPhoton That makes a lot of sense. But I can speculate 4 counterarguments:
      1) That would imply that each of the 100+ victims over a period of years, were seen, line-of-sight at time of attack. Given the number of people&locations, this seems unlikely.
      2) One of the cases mentioned here was that the husband, wife and child were all affected. Sequentially attacking all three seems less likely than the three simultaneously.
      3) Once a beam hits objects, some of the energy reflects/bounces. So at least an attenuated portion of a narrowly directed high power signal should be detectable.
      4) The effects that some people observed (flickering computer screens. expanding cell phone battery) suggests the beam was at least wider than a 'head shot'.

I am an electrical engineer. Early cell phones had such high radiation that the side of my head would get warm on a long talk. Look into the work that has been done to reduce the intensity of cell phone signals. Antennas can be designed that create beams of radio energy. That is what phased array radar is. It is very plausible that directed energy weapons are being used against people. They could be produced by a device plugged into a wall outlet if the range to the target is close enough. Agents need to be in facilities with metal wall studs with mesh forming a Faraday cage around them.

In early stages, aside from ruining electronics & keyboards by touch, fuses kept blowing in my analog multimeter when trying to repair them. I finally figured out (after 2 paks of $5. fuses) that fuse blew when I accidentally touched both probes. I decided to go buy a digital one and it didn't blow a fuse this way. So I started trying to measure what kind of voltage I was carrying. I wished I had an electrical engineer to explain. The difference between two thumbs was like 786mV. The difference between me and ground was around 500mV. If I grounded myself, I could reduce the tinnitus and less blurry vision as I got down to around 100mV. My mental fillings and areas around my eyes took the longest to ground out and taking a bath, sticking my face in water temporarily would reduce the charge. I think heavy metal poisoning related but at the same time as abnormal static electricity (worse on rainy days- severe shocks, clothing & things sticking to me) I eventually discovered that the fluorescent lights in my living room and kitchen were glowing green in night. I moved. The lightbulbs never glowed again but that was about all the improvement I realized. I have to ground myself still to use a touchpad on my laptop or it malfunctions in short order. I've replaced laptops several times since this started. Touch screens are even worse. If I go into Best Buy, Walmart or other national stores something about the lights causes me crippling pain and tinnitus flare if I'm in there for more than 15-20 minutes.

It's only considered a "problem" because it's been used on FBI and American officials. Only a Pollyanna would think that the US wouldn't (and hasn't) used it too! The only reason it's an issue now is because of our litigious nature, the companies that developed it are going to get sued, so it becomes an issue. There is no weapon or method of inflicting damage to people that the US is not aware of, not one!

I worked around Microwave uplinks and I can tell you I got sick every time I had to stand in front of the dishes.
Our uplinks were 10 to 100 watts
It is very easy to carry a microwave transmitter and send 2000 watts in a tight beam.
There is no reason you could not make a microwave gun that puts out 20,000 watts and fry the brain.

@@MrDeicide128 if you try to block a 10 watt microwave transmitter with aluminum foil it will block it but it gets really hot and burns through it.
The waveguides are actually made of aluminum that is about 2 inches thick.
If you try to block a 100 watt microwave transmitter with aluminum foil it will spark and burn instantly
The standard EMF shielded drywall panels used in transmitter sites and in data centers can not block the ultra high frequency microwave signals.
A 60 ghz wave is is less than a quarter of an inch.
You can buy a 60 ghz 10 inch dish and a 100 watt transmitter online for a few hundred dollars.
A commercial 1000 watt microwave transmitter is harder to get but not impossible.
Someone with experience with microwave transmitters can build their own death ray
You could build one in a van and it would burn itself out, but you could use a regular pole transformer and step the voltage up to 100,000 volts
Running 1 amp through the antenna and feedhorn would send a 100,000 watt beam and fry anything it hits.
This is what was developed by the military to take down planes.
      Much better than any laser
In WW2 the sailors that worked in the radio rooms saw their food sitting next to the radio's unshielded transmitter would get cooked.
The same thing happened at radar stations.
RF energy is just as deadly as ionizing radiation
Using it on people is a crime against humanity
Experiments were done in the 50s through the early 80s using RF radiation on people to see the effects.
It was used to sterilize mentally ill and mentally disabled people in the 50s
The technology has gotten smaller enough now that they most likely are using a handheld device with large high voltage capacitors and it burns itself out each time it is used.
They would have replacement modules to dispose of the parts that need replacement easily.
There would be a classified patten for these devices.
There is a secret department that keeps the patterns for anything classified.
The satellite encryption system pattens and the satellite modules are kept in this department and considered a matter of National Security.
Even the FCC database which used to have the frequencies for the satellites and RFID systems and their exact locations, ID numbers, power output, etc, were all classified as National Security as part of the Patriot Act and hundreds of thousands of records were removed from the FCC and transferred to the department at the Pentagon.
The VMT System was one of these RFID nationwide systems that had hundreds of thousands of sites listed.
Poisoning and killing members of intelligence agencies has been going on since before our country was founded.
Spies were poisoned during the Revolutionary War and during the Civil War.
The Cold War has spies being killed constantly.
In the CIA they have a wall of gold stars for the agents that died in the line of duty that can't be acknowledged.
It is a very dangerous occupation and not easy to qualify for.
