Oh man! This stuff is amazing! My daughter & I would use it in jewelry for sure. I'd also use it for signs, maybe even some address numbers for some of the historic homes my clients buy/sell/own. Could definitely use it to enhance my husband's vintage He-Man collection/display and/or my son's Mythic Legion display. Maybe even incorporate it into some pottery inlays. So many applications!
I would make what I call a double coaster. Now I use cork insert on a 4" wood coaster, but with this material, the stone effect would be absolutely beaustiful! I wish I could post pics of my coasters for you to see!
I would use the stone veneer for sign lettering and the thicker material for coasters and possibly boxes with wood backing. Also, tea lights would look great with a stone finish.

I agree in using the material for signs and models. For models I would also look at possibly engraving for individual stacking look for more details. Good create a stone and/or brick look
I would use the stone to make frames by cutting and engraving it and then mounting on a painted canvas. I engraved detailed art and then mount it on the cavas. I could cut detailed frames to accent the complete art piece. Of course the way to use it is pretty much only limited by my imagination. Also would work great for cutting detailed corner decor if not using a full frame. Definitely would use an under-mount of material to give more depth to the finished product. What a fab product. If I won, I would probably use wood coasters as a backing material, adding the stone to the top and then do my designs on that. Lighter stone paired with darker wood, darker stone with lighter wood. I could see this being good also for going through wood that may have been a failed attempt at a previous design, since wood is usually just next to impossible to use when it's already messed up.

My husband is a district chief for our county EMS system, he supervises quite a few probably 20+ EMTs and paramedics each year for Christmas my husband likes to give everybody on his shift a little thank you gift for their service I think this material would be very interesting to work with and it would make some thing awesome for each of the paramedic and EMTs. I’m not sure what yet. I’d have to figure that out.
Hi I'm a new in laser engraving and I will love to try this material. I think a good application will be to make wood painter pallets and cover them with this rock material since it will be easier to clean and it holds water so the paint wouldn't dry has fast. Im an artist and a good fancy well made pallet always is need it. I never win anything here so if I get to win I might need guiding of how it works.

I a hobby person who loves making anything from cutting boards, coasters, etc. to unique one of a kind furniture items. This material could be used as inlays using not only laser but my CNC router. Cutting designs out of the laser and then machine pockets on the CNC. There are endless opportunities using this material in conjunction with constructing 3S models with the material and then adding wood, plastic, and 3D printed objects with it. Art is another media that could contain the material, especially outside yard art.

I'm so excited to see a new product for lasers! I can see using this for monogram decor or family name with "est. year" for interior design! Can't wait to get my hands on some!
Putting this on kitchen cabinets was the 1st thing I thought of, but the cuts aren't large enough. Then maybe interior vehicle decoration to replace wood veneers. The on that I will try is print a pattern or picture and wrap a tumbler then put a 3d printed koozie on the top and bottom to cover and secure the wrap (also glued)

First thing that came into my mind during your intro was using it for building models, such as we do in the model railroad club I am in. But, as I live on the second floor of an office building for house design & construction, I might see an opportunity to interest them for e,g, high-end models for there customers.
I would use it for my model houses. I building a replica of my small town as it were in circa 1890. The stone material would be used in house fundaments and stone walls.
I must say this is a very interesting product, thank you for showing it to us. My first thought was it would make a cool hat patch. After thinking about it I would like to make a backing plate for a phone case and also I think it would make some very unique dog tags. Pre-cut and then custom engrave for customers. My brain will be going all night thinking of other ideas. Thanks again.

I've been involved in laser engraving/cutting for two years now and love the variety and creativity we can produce. For some of my projects when I want a better looking design I will cut real wood veneers as the top layer. It glues on well and with all the different species my results are very nice. I've made religious items, pet memorials, and all kinds of small projects for the grandkids. This stone product will add another level of variety. As for what I would use it for, i personally would engrave on it and cut it into shapes possibly with a hole, a ornament, slate works the best with photos with my Little 10W xtool M1, and it would be nice to actually be able to have some ornaments I do not fear my child shattering.
