This solo variant seems problematic. Do you think just randomly drawing 3 cubes from a bag and picking 1 would give a better variety of choice? I'd like to see if that works.

I agree. I like how it plays fast and can make you work, but knowing that you will definitely see each resource an equal number of times does not lend itself to simulating real life. In my playthrough example a lot of stone and glass were needed to make a lot of the buildings work. If I was playing with human players, they would have been selecting stone and glass at a much higher rate than say brick. When I get Tiny Towns back out, I can give your idea a try. Would you redraw 3 new cubes each round?

@@TheMeepleMarathon I would redraw each round. It might be too random. You may rarely see a needed resource. But it's worth a try.

@@lynnbowers4722 Hi Lynn. I ended up testing out your suggestion for an alternative solo variant. You can check out my video here ... ruclips.net/video/S1lX5eEuY-g/видео.html

Not sure if they changed the rules in newer editions but my copy I just got yesterday says you shuffle the 15 cards and discard the top 5 and play with the 10 left. When you run out you reshuffle everything and repeat..
