Fun Fact - Alice and Glen Campbell became close friends and golfing buddies later in Glen's life, when they both lived in the Phoenix area. There's a very touching interview with Alice after Glen Campbell passed away.

Great pick. Alice is the best. His concerts are legendary, he doesnt sing to you, he acts out his songs. He does indeed get executed in each show, I have seen the guillotine a couple of times (everyone's fav) I have seen him get hung and use an iron maiden. He does this mid show as punishment for his crime of killing the "naughty nurse" who is played in his show by his wife Sheryl His daughter Calico is a choreographer for the shows. Each tour is a different stage and show. Alice is so versitile. My personal fav song is POISON for which he did a killer video. I also love his softer stuff: YOU AND ME, I NEVER CRY and YOU AND ME which he wrote to his wife while in rehab, she had never known him sober and he was worried she wouldn't like him. He is an incredible human being, he and Sheryl have been married for 46 years and have 3 great kids. He is friends with everone, Groucho Marx was a neighbor who called Alice anytime he couldn't sleep and Alice would walk over an play cards with him until he got sleepy. Alice "bought" 2 letters of the famous Hollywood sign for 10,000.00 each so they would get renovated. He also got a lot of his friends to buy letters. He owns a restaurant in Pheonix which he closes down on many days and let homeless people eat there for free. There is so much more to say, it is so worth looking up interviews with him to learn more about him.

I remember seeing Alice Cooper "perfom" this back when it first came out on the BBC TV show Top of the Pops . It was one of those shows where bands or singers had to mime to their records. Cooper didn't even bother lip syncing properly. He just played around with a sword while his band mimed playing their instruments, and only lip synced the chorus. Since it was broadcast live, so there was nothing they could do about it. He basically just made fun of them because he wasn't allowed to play live 😂. I saw him live years later doing his "Welcome to my Nightmare" show.It was Absolutely fantastic .

The LP cover opened up like an old-time school desk. The original printing had a pair of (paper) women's underwear for the record sleeve.
