    Excellent explanation. Your nine minute video was more helpful than 2 hours reading the manual.

    Bang on explanation. I initially thought, ' Nah, its too mind bending/complicated, for me to ever consider owning,' but after watching and listening to your tutorial, the machine doesn't seem such a daunting prospect anymore. Thank you.

      Tim Rogers once you familiarise yourself with menu its a very simple machine that need very little adjustments once set up 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 and it performs brilliant too 🤩

    Thank you so much for your explanation of iron bias. I've heard several explanations of this from some of the top Minelab reps but still found it confusing until now. I will now be able to adjust iron bias knowing exactly what the pros and cons are!

    Thanks for this video pal, been up since 5am watching your nox videos again.Just waiting for the mrs and kids to get up so I can open my nox. (Yes she’s made me wait until today before I can have it) I will have a go with these settings and get out for a hour after work if the weather has calmed down. Your settings for the simplex found me my first ever 2 hammered so let see if one day these settings will find me a 3rd

    Excellent, that helps a lot, thanks for making the video. Is there a way to adjust the “Pinpoint” volume, or at least it’s tone? When wearing headphones it’s very loud, almost painful.

    Nice one Sid mate. Very helpful as I’m not sure whether to go Garret ATMax or Equinox when I upgrade yet. Sounded like an old video game when you were messing with the tones LOL. Take care, GL&H. Deano.

    Currently got the Nox 600. Just ordered the 800 just to use the 20-40Khz feature that isn’t on the 600. I know you said you always use multi. Could you tell me what advantage & disadvantage I could have with using 20-40Khz feature? Thank you

      oshhhhhh.... it's a beast mate, i'm sure you'll love it... at first you might struggle with iron but you will get used to the audio and tids and be smashing the goodies out... remember to change iron bias from 0 to about 4 to start with until you get used to the nox

    Has anyone noticed when using the WM8 module the volume seems quite low, even at the 25 setting? Is there an alternative of getting a louder volume?

    • @englandshistory
      @englandshistory  6 лет назад

      WEGO i found this too.... i used push in ear buds and it was quiet.... mine didnt have audio control....it maybe set to a safe volume and then adjust louder if you have the control on headphones??? Not sure though

    • @wallyandellen5099
      @wallyandellen5099 6 лет назад

      Thanks for the reply, the ML80 headphones that come supplied have volume controls, but the volume doesn't increase or lower. I'll try different headphones with an adaptor plug to see if it works.

    Heard also Sid if you take the reactivity to low it get noisey ????? Good insight into the controls . My son gone for field 2 as 50 tone which he use's on the CTX . AND full on the Deus . Pity no 4 tone with i used on the CTX . I will be using the impact di3 . So we will compare signals at the w/e .

    The Equinox is getting a nick name = dig everything machine ! The VDI scale is too tight !

    • @englandshistory
      @englandshistory  6 лет назад

      agree mate, it is a tad tight.... but when i run most my machines i dig everything that isnt iron anyway so its not really an issue for me..... but it would be nicer to have a little more info on what the target could be
