    I won’t congratulate the buyers. The developers should be the one to be congratulated.
    Paying ard 2.7k psf & expecting to sell for 3k psf and above in future is definitely not easy. If there is, probably only a handful lucky ones. There isn’t much room for appreciation. The real deals are the resale market which can play catch up (especially those below 1.5k psf & relatively new projects below 15yo)

      Actually that's what some agents fail to let buyers know as well. Great analysis on your end, looking forward, we wish the buyers for EOK well! But a big congratulations to current owners within Katong district too, I'm sure it's going to elevate their average psf
