Americas has those lobsters too, they’re on the west coast and in Florida. The lobsters with claws are on the Atlantic side, in the north Eastern portion of North America.
these are western rock lobsters, found around WA, not to be confused with the red rock lobster (southern) commonly sold in restaurants and the green (eastern) lobsters
If you would marinated the lobster with salt, will taste better. The sauce: put some oyster sauce & abalone sauce. Where is the bok choy decorated at the dish side. Overall awesome.
Its restaurant quality rven if your cooking it at home. It's only because you're a professional chef with experience! If we were to make it and follow directions, we'd mess it up somehow! 😂
