    Another good video, glad I found your content. I watch a few other coaches like yankello, frans sans, as well as some kickboxing coaches, and while there's a lot of overlap in techniques, I still feel like you bring a unique perspective to things that sets you apart. Keep up the good work.

    Guys these videos are extremely good. I am currently recovering from a back surgery (gaining a bit of weight in the process…) and not able to train. I use this time to improve my technique by learning from the best. And with this content you are helping me to do so.

    I used to throw my hook with my palm facing me but noticed I can’t control my power & speed that way so I change to the Olympic style( palm down) and it works better and i can get more distance

    This is great content. Thx a lot. I have a question though, Josh seems a bit stiff with his jab. Is really a mid range jab he seems to throw here. Wouldn't he gain much from a longer range jab ? Particularly being a southpaw ? When he freezes there always seems to be some couple of inches to grab for a longer snappy jab.

    With upper cut bag I like rolling to distribute the weight from left to right is that a good technique to use as well? Thanks!!
