But there's the fact that all my laptops out lived my friends PC's by a lot. When they got it broken they basically decided to buy a new one bcs it was not worth it compared to buy a new one. Laptops are durable af, as long as you keep it clean and don't really physically screw them up.

You should get on that microsoldering grind, spray co2 on the mobo, then give it power and see which chip melts the co2 first, then replace that bad boi
Ehhh, idkkk.. I would have to check all the cables and check the solder connections to see if there's some kind of corrosion somewhere or a short. The laptop lights up when plugged in and turns on when the power buttons pressed. That tells me the board does work but there's something blocking the signal to the screen and external display. Now, if the there was no indication lights glowing when plugged in and nothing at all happened when the power button was pressed, then that would tell me there's damage to the board or a blown mosfet somewhere. If that was the case, I'd have to find the damage and replace the blown mosfet. If that still didn't work, then I would consider it to be F'ed and suggest either a mobo replacement or just buying a new laptop which could potentially even be cheaper..

A complete replacement of a known good working mobo is often quickest, although not always the cheapest route.
Yeah I worked on a Nitro 5 to clean it and stuff it did work but was a fire hazard the vents were fully laminated in dust the cover of the fans were so heat blued that I'm surprised it didn't melt.
I actually wonder why a laptop could have overheated so much. Normally, a laptop will turn off if it overheats to prevent the laptop from overheating from causing damage.

Its to 80% the bios because i had the Same problem. TRY flashing the bios with a ch341a. And even its not working then TRY to reball the gpu. Some gaming Laptops have heat Problems.

My exact laptop, they’re expensive as in Australia. The nitro 5, I had it two months before I got a noisey clicky fan and I barely use it, will definitely be saving for a proper pc eventually though
I had an Acer Nitro with a 1050ti (when that was a new card and somewhat decent for casual gaming) and never had any problems with it. After about 5 years I switched to using a work provided MacBook, but the Nitro is still in a closet somewhere. It was dirt cheap compared to an Asus or Lenovo, which seems to be the temptation (and trap) of buying an Acer.
This is a cautionary tale for me who use Acer Nitro 5, never know that the keyboard can crack like that. Thank you so much The Greatest Technician That's Ever Live!
If it's any consolation, I've had an older model Nitro 5 for four years. Battery is definitely wearing out but structurally it's fine. If you treat it like an expensive piece of tech and not a toy it will probably be fine.
I had a Nitro 5 just like this one that had the same issue. I found that after a shit ton of times of resetting it (can’t remember how anymore) and letting it sit for about a week, I was able to get it to finally boot. Turns out that a failed SATA ribbon cable is what caused the issue.
Remeber kids, watch those temps, especially on laptops. I have a gaming laptop (yes, I'm aware that it is a technically bad decision but I really need the mobile graphical power) that rarely reaches 60⁰C through some thorough optimization and cleaning.
Had the same issue with mine, fortunately under warranty. They just casually swapped out MOBO and that was it. Most of these Nitros overheat to the point where they just snap.
