Lived in a nice neighborhood in Vegas but 5 houses down was a meth dealer. House got busted. Trying to enjoy some peace in my backyard and there's constant police helicopters flying over. No privacy. Bought and acre home in Pahrump for same price as Vegas house. Very quiet and peaceful.
This is why they widened SR 160 to 4 lanes- to handle the traffic of kali refugees who will buy homes in Pahrump and commute to jobs in Las Vegas, Henderson, etc.
You've got a BIG 30 years on that mortgage and unless you sell it, he said be prepared.. we'll let you find out for yourselves and give you 3 years at least to figure it out.. welcome to Pahrump.. buwahahaha

If we have a water shortage and problem with our electric grid why build more houses, apt & resorts to use more of it and put restrictions on the existing people it’s not fair.
