    Your ride was an eye-catcher, Larry. My wife and I both enjoyed the tour you guys shared. We visited NY before the Towers fell; I was in a manual chair back then. "It's Friday night and we're really watching two guys in wheelchairs ride through NY...," I asked, halfway through, we laughed. Those were awesome moves you both made and might not be typical outside the big city! The Bounder(s) a Nobel review of the positive/negative of the PWC's, that'll be greatly appreciated. Thanks

      Hi - Glad you like the videos - nothing special - but its fun to ride - bounder is a solid chair built like a tank - but also feels like one - not a soft nice ride - i like the road feel it gives off and the chains moving - makes for a fun fast chair - very noisy chair -

      @@valfanculo4614 Val - The Bounder will get a 'ride' the next pwc purchase! I have three-hundred miles on this Permobil f5 so it'll be a few years before my turn comes around. Thirty-six miles with battery left - Wow! I can't assure I could stay up with you guys but this ride you shared would be a longer day for me (boring) from a sight-seer's perspective and the speed would take lots of getting used to; the chains did suggest something 'heavy' whizzed by, like a Tank! Lol Take Care!

    Really! I’m the first guy to comment since the video was out, wow! To see how it’s really done, check out Dan’s channel TOTALLY NORMAL, Vlog 498: 17 miles in the Bounder! It’s only 21:13 minutes long. Be safe Badass Larry, and God Bless.

    So, mon ami, what distance can one expect to travel...before the battery expires ?

    • @valfanculo4614
      @valfanculo4614  5 месяцев назад +3

      hi - it depends on the size of the battery pack you use - i had done 68 miles on the heavy chair with 180ah lithium pack size - i now have 200ah in that chair - and 230ah on another chair which is lighter - i have done 55 miles and only used about 120ah out of a 230ah pack - its priceless- with such large packs - you wont have enough time in a day to drain it all - you be home Way before you ever run low on battery - thats the reason for larger the better -

    hi, how many amps do the batteries have and which charger did you use? I drive a senior mobile home and would also like to have lithium batteries. The problem is that I don't know much about lithium batteries, including which charger I can use the existing one or whether I should get a new charger must buy.
    Thanks for the info!

      you can get as much as you can fit in the space - i can fit 230ah in my chairs - LIfePo4 - you do need a lithium charger - best to do some research - i dont use a BMS - i use a hobby charger that does it all - Icharger 458 duo is one - but its DIY - the ones i do

    CRIKEY! If that bridge crossing is shared by bikes, people and every other wheeled contraption then that path is very dangerous. It's barely wide enough for two people to pass each other walking without bumping each other. (shivers in fright) In what city is that? Wheeled drivers of all those bikes and chairs give no 'right of way' to any walking person, when that should be a STRICT LAW! #Pedestrians always have the #RightOfWay EVERYWHERE in a civilized world, anyway!
