Stick of butter is how many cups.. Will prefer you using cups instead of stick so we get the right recipe. I love your recipes they are so easy to follow and give the best results.

Melda, I have tried this recipe several times and the cake seems to be flat and too airy are you sure it needs to be cooked for an hour and 20 minutes? I’m using a stand mixer instead of a hand held mixer. Does that matter?

Blue Bonnet butter is good too, but I've grown to love the Land O Lakes butter as well.
I recently made this pound cake. After day 3 it became very hard. It was very delicious the first two days. It doesn't have a very long shelf life.
