I keep breathing on my arm when I sleep and I notice everytime its like im hyper aware of it and its really annyoing and like im aware of every single thing that touches me.
I recently got the same thing. Yawning and air hunger. Idk if it was anxiety, bad posture, weak muscles, etc. But it came in sudden and I’ve had it for a month. You ever fix yours?
@@ganglop9162 don’t worry, it’s all in your head . If you had to breath manually, you wouldn’t be able to sleep and you would die because you would need to be on an oxygen machine
