well, I can help you with the "pitchy" sound, use an external recording device, don't use the webcam's mic. they all suck. Also, tune your flute, (yes, flutes can be tuned) if your tone is too high it will always sound pitchy, if your tone is too low it will sound loose. hope that helps.
