    This helped me see that the reason I don't have great control over my chair spin is that my teacher insists we do a version of it where you keep the legs longer, the knees a bit lower, and further in front of you. It's so much harder to keep the point of gravity (hence the momentum) where it's supposed to be that way! I've been in pole for half a year, and although I've made progress in a lot of other ways, and I like and trust my teacher with the rest of her instructions, this simple spin continues to be my nemesis. She maintains that there's no reason our feet should be anywhere underneath us, ever. Huh!!

    Great content! Would love more tutorials on reverse spins (spinning with my back to the pole seems to be my nemesis!) but I think it's because of lack of strength in the one arm spins. Will def work on that one arm chair spin

    В куртке " стульчик" ,колени должны быть согнуты под прямым углом. Стопы не поднимаются под попу, положение ,как будто вы сидите на стуле. И резче замах ,чтоб закручивало сильнее.

    How do you stay on the pole longer ? My hands get sweaty also the pole and I just slip
