You are giving me the details I have needed from my teachers who I pay!! Omg I keep asking for conditioning advice and they never have much to offer and when I ask them to teach me the dynamics of a spin they just show me again and again in their way a spin instead of the right athletic way like you are! Thank you so so much
I wish I had the money to tip you... because this is seriously like a full on class! (I just don’t even have rent right now and I’m struggling) but I wanted to say thank you so much for making this is super helpful and I’m sorry that I can’t give you money right now but when I can I would like to!
By far this is the very best teacher I have ever seen teaching pole art. Just so good and pays attention to detail. She thinks of everything u would want to ask her and is so good at explaining techniques. I'm just in awe of this lady
You make both variations look easy and beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I can do my reverse grab, but i really want to perfect it, and now i feel confident that i’ll be able to nail it 👌🏼 Thank you so much 🩷
Your tutorials are so detailed! Thank you so much! You include conditioning exercises to make the spin better and stronger. I don't always see that in tutorials. Great job!
Oh YES I absolutely see the difference when you demonstrate this. You're an amazing dancer and teacher and I love your content! You feature all the best moves that I've always wanted to do!
Love all your tutorials and this one is particularly helpful. You are so meticulous in explaining details. Never saw so many great performers who are also great in teaching both through body and voice. Wonderful!
I always come to your channel when I can't make it to class or was struggling to get the move down. Love the way you teach the little helpful details. ✨💕
will you please do a tutorial with tips for doing Phoenix spin without tapping toe just before going into the handspring part at end of spin? I taught myself the Phoenix spin within 8 months of my first pole class but I had to tap my toe between coming around pole from reverse grab and going into the twisted grip handspring part of the spin.
Thank you so much!! I‘ve been looking for a tutorial like this for sooo long. I love how you‘re explaining the different steps. It’s really fun to follow your Videos! Greetings from Germany ✌🏻❤️
Wondeful work you did in this video. I have a question. How should I gain confidence in this spin when I have a small place to work with ? Is there any solution for those who have this issue ?
I actually realized my problem was not really the space … my pole was on spin . Now I put it on static and it is fine now . I can do it, just have to be very careful where I open into straddle.now I just have to keep practicing it . Beautiful video , best I ever seen teaching this spin .
You are truly an amazing teacher and wow what a beautiful body, those muscles 😲 and most importantly so down to earth. Thank you Soooo much for sharing all the tricks and right movements. Your video's help me a lot.. God bless you❤️
Amazing! Teach us how to star to do the Phoenix spin. I have seeing a lot of different techniques, so I got confused from where to start. Thank you. Your channel is amazing 😍
Merci !
Your english is great😄 The arm is extended, but shoulder should always be engaged, not always it means that you have to pull it down extremely, but engage the pulling movement and it should feel more or less natural.
This is so helpful! Question - is your pole on static or spin? If on static, and tips for how to do this on spin mode? I am having trouble with my reverse grab on spin pole 😣
I really struggle with reverse spins like this or juliet. My arms might not be strong enough yet and a bit of lack of shoulder flexibility too. Will the one arm spin drills help to build strength for this?
This is one of the best tutorials I’ve ever come across. Thank you for sharing!

Yes, the certainly will help, also different grip conditioning, and overall strength conditioning.
