    You are giving me the details I have needed from my teachers who I pay!! Omg I keep asking for conditioning advice and they never have much to offer and when I ask them to teach me the dynamics of a spin they just show me again and again in their way a spin instead of the right athletic way like you are! Thank you so so much

    will you please do a tutorial with tips for doing Phoenix spin without tapping toe just before going into the handspring part at end of spin? I taught myself the Phoenix spin within 8 months of my first pole class but I had to tap my toe between coming around pole from reverse grab and going into the twisted grip handspring part of the spin.

    How should I gain confidence in this spin when I have a small place to work with ? Is there any solution for those who have this issue ?

      I actually realized my problem was not really the space … my pole was on spin . Now I put it on static and it is fine now . I can do it, just have to be very careful where I open into straddle.now I just have to keep practicing it . Beautiful video , best I ever seen teaching this spin .

Mais j’ai 2 questions : la hauteur de la pole ? Aussi ,je remarque que vous tournez toujours dans le même sens ? Ou est-ce possible de tourner dans les 2 sens ? Merci !

      Your english is great😄
      The arm is extended, but shoulder should always be engaged, not always it means that you have to pull it down extremely, but engage the pulling movement and it should feel more or less natural.

    I really struggle with reverse spins like this or juliet. My arms might not be strong enough yet and a bit of lack of shoulder flexibility too. Will the one arm spin drills help to build strength for this?

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  4 года назад

      Yes, the certainly will help, also different grip conditioning, and overall strength conditioning.
