I love that Lightpaws is just doing Lightpaws things. Basically unaffected by the banned cards, Karakas might as well be a Plains. Great job, Joe. Very similar to my own Lightpaws deck

Damn, I thought Tom Cruise was about to have a breakdown.
When theiving skydiver was played and had targets, the players should have had chances to reapond by tapping/activating the artifacts that were targeted (he just kinda 'yoinked' the cards away as if the ability immediately resolved without priority going around the table)
One thing to note, when a player dies the permanents that were stolen get returned to their last known controllers. Unless:
1. it's last known controller had the permanent under their control temporarily. Then the game would return the permanent to it's previous controlller aka whoever created the permanent.
2. the permanent it became was created under the dying player's control (i.e. reanimated a creature from someone else's graveyard) then it would be exiled
All of this to say: at 18:51 the mana crypt and sensei's divining top should've returned to their owners.
No bans should be spicy.
Just to note that thieving sky diver says x cannot be zero. So even stealing a 0 cost artifact you have to pay at least 1.
Also, I'm pretty sure that the artifacts he stole would have gone back to their original owners when he left the game, since it was a control changing effect
@@Hemlockeryes exactly. This was the same issue on the other episode with nerd girl and veggie. People die everything goes back to the original owner. Basic.

I believe the Mana crypt Jay stole should go back to the other player cause it was taken while on the field, while in play. It only goes to exile after player removal if it was taken from graveyard, hand, library, or exile. Basically anywhere other than from the battlefield, in play. Correct me if I'm wrong please🙌🏼

Cool, now make this a mini series and ban the winner each episode… for example, next episode light paws would be banned. Then maybe you can actually showcase some of these banned cards outside of just black lotus, the mox’s etc.
