For anyone using this for running like I do, Lightstrike takes a while to break in. It took about 80 miles of running for the Lightstrike to soften up and become an amazing shoe. It just takes a while for it to come alive.
There's a large disparity between the reviews on the adidas website and other runners. Apparently they are really firm when running so lacks response. Out and out running shoes won't feel comfortable casually. They are designed to facilitate forward propulsion and reduce fatigue.
Most of the Adidas running shoes are very stable . Like this Boston 10, Adios 6 , SuperNova and the Ultraboost. And that's why I love the brand, because to make us run faster and for longer we also need stability and not just a very bouncy foam, plates or low weight shoes.
For those of you with wider feet like myself. I would suggest look for the adidas terrex shoes. You can purchase them in wide and they come with Lightstrike and a FULL Continental outer sole. Very stable feel.
I just picked this shoe up on Amazon for $59 for a 10.5 M, after wearing them casually 3/4 times I am really digging these shoes but wished I had gone 1/2 size up- but I am really digging these shoes.
Hes you should try the Adidas Adizero Adios 6…lower stack but forefoot lightstrike pro and carrier of lightstrike. But imo nice looking shoe for casual use. They do fit snug like a racing shoe, might need to go up a full size for causal wear
Hi Hes! I like your videos and your take on Adidas running shoes from a casual perspective. Could you please do a review on Takumi Sen 8 as well? Thanks
Off brand, but is there any chance you could do a review on the Reebok zig kinetica 2 edge gore tex version? It released the last quarter of 2021,but I have only recently discovered it. There aren't any proper reviews of it online and I would like to know if it would be a worthwhile buy. I don't think that Reebok will be selling it in my country and I would just like to know if it would be worth the extra expense of importing it.
Finally!!! A review of the shoe that I have been eyeing on. Once again He's, you're the Man... Tried it on stores. Agree that the tounge was an issue. I also have wide feet. But once I had them in it was really good! This is were Nike is loosing to Adidas. Price point and design aspect. Adidas has shoes that doesn't break the bank so to say, while Nike, they do have cheaper options but my goodness are they bad looking and the tech sucks!!! Thanks again HES!!! Keep it up Man...
Damn... They look great, i would use them for walking... I had a problems with ultraboosts. Are they same in sizing? Are they getting dirty? Or is it hard to keep them clean? Problems with ultraboost is that, they become quickly yellowish😏
This Boston 10 shoe was not popular at all in the running Community the shoe fits narrow and the the dual foam doesn't feel good at all. Then it's quite clunky when running
Hes, I’d HIGHLY.. H I G H L Y suggest the adidas Prime X. I will say that it’s not the most stable shoe in the world, but you actually get used to that very quickly and they can in fact be used as casual shoes. When I tell you that the lightstrike pro is something else.. it really is. They are BY by far THE MOST squishiest shoe I’ve ever stepped foot in. I LOVE squishy-cushioned shoes-and they are the most felt shoes ever.
@@fabsterun No I completely understand! I’m saying that once you become acclimated to the ‘wobbly-ness,’ you will then be able to use them casually. You just have to always be self-conscious about what kind of movements your making. I’m telling you, they create such a phenomenal experience when walking around. Gives your feet something to enjoy 😉
@@fabsterun however, maybe I’m just different. I have relatively good balance already; so I generally do not suffer any stability issues when wearing. I did initially, but not presently.
@@adidallon4006 nah it's way to big and not really comfy and the scrunchie gusseted tongue is way to weird for casual use and if you have wide foot it's not gonna look good at all. I don't have fat feet and my socks were visible thought the tongue i think it's just a amazing running shoe

Hes, you should try the Adios 6. It doesn't have the carbon energy rods so it should be better for casual use.
I always make sure to watch ur videos before getting a pair of shoes. Thank you for making my life easier!!!!
You got many running shoes which ones are you favorites ?
I think he mentioned the nb freshfoam x 1080v11 being one of his favorites
I wish adidas would put lightstrike in more of its shoes , maybe a Ultra Strike , UB upper with a lightstrike midsole 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
I really like those but still prefer my ultraboost 20
North face invectiv line is crazy good.

Whats the name of the beige adidas Shoes in the intro with the outsole like the reebok classic leather at 0:22 sec???
Adidas RETROPY P9
The Boston 10 is around $79.56 with a 25% on the Adidas eBay store
There is a shoe you prabobly never heard about and is hard to get them is reebok nanosage
Hes you should try the Adidas Adizero Adios 6…lower stack but forefoot lightstrike pro and carrier of lightstrike. But imo nice looking shoe for casual use. They do fit snug like a racing shoe, might need to go up a full size for causal wear

Looking forward to your review of the ZX 5k Boost.
Thoughts on the Retropy E5? I just got a pair and dig them so far.
Dope shoe, love my pair.
Hes, I just ran on this shoes this morning. Had it for few months and already put 280 miles on it.
You should review the forum boost if you haven’t already
I have a pair of these and I really like them!
Hi, not and Adidas, but can you do a review of the Asics Gel Quantum 360 RE(newed) version ? Thanks
Do you have a chance to review the adidas NMD S1? Looks interesting to me...
Was curious about these
Love running in them 😅

which gives more height? these or Air Force 1's? or are they the same? please let me know
I find it very interesting to see the adizero name go from soccer cleats to running shoes.
How do they compare to the ultra boosts? Are the ub's worth the extra money
Well what do you want to use them for? Causal? Running?

Got em.

To much creasing it will bottom out very fast I think.
“Runners prance like gazelles” - if only all of us were this way! 😂
this looks fking cool for real
I like how each intro is custom to the sneaker brand he’s reviewing
By now, you shoud have noticed that all modern Adidas usually half size bigger than Nike. Nike also very narrow in standard size.
Would it compare to being squishy as the NikeZoom X?
No
The adios pro 2 is like a drunk simulator, the boston is a great comfortable, stable shoe
"Only $140" Wow ... ONLY ???? Pricing is out of control IMHO
This Boston 10 shoe was not popular at all in the running Community the shoe fits narrow and the the dual foam doesn't feel good at all. Then it's quite clunky when running

Not really a casual shoe that mate . The prime is way too wobbly when walking

The nike invinsible or the Asics Novablast 1 with the knit upper.
Review the Adizero Takumi Sen 8
Wow those look narrow
No u can’t wear them for just lifestyle simple coz they r for running duh! I didn’t beg I brought my own 😎
I’d rather the tongue be a soft material, and curious to how this will look in a cool grey, wolf grey and white color way
They look like a140 shoe
Looks uncomfortable
First
This is for Performance not casual wearing...
You don't Look like you would run or make Sport...
