Sure there maybe other apps that are more powerful than apple calendar and apple reminders. But, the integration of Siri and Continuity of the apps across various apple devices is absolutely seamless when it comes to Reminder and calendar apps of apple. I tend to use Reminders because of Siri only. Helps me to write down reminders even when im driving. Very easy to use and very useful

I still Reminders for lots of things too! Especially shared lists and Siri input.

Reminders are crazy good, so is a lot of Apple native apps. That’s one of the many reasons I love Apple products so much. Unless you need something very specific, you don’t need to pay for anything extra…

I’ve tried quite a few apps, and I really like Things 3, but the last few months I’ve gone all in on Reminders. It was hard leaving Things 3 since I paid for it, but in Econ 101 terms, I couldn’t think about sunk costs. Reminders just gets the job done mostly.

@@KrishnaMamunuru I only bought it on iPhone and used that version on iPad. Luckily I talked myself out of buying it 3 times.

I wanted to create a smart list that shows me tasks with no date (from selected lists)...but the problem seems to be that I can't select more than 1 list. Is that correct or am I doing smth wrong?

how can I find a way in reminders or another app on iphone which offers an audio reminder beep

I’m still looking for a way to have the Reminder open an App on the phone. I setup bill reminders and while I have the URL, I’d love to just open the app. So far I’ve just shared the app to reminders then titled it as my bill with date but that takes a few clicks.

You *could* try to add an X-CallBackURL to the Reminder that opens an app specifically. Here's a directly that shows all the apps that support it: x-callback-url.com/apps/

You can customize that on Settings > Notifications > Reminders on your iPhone, but by default the make a sound and appear on your Lock Screen + banner notice
