  • America is great at providing lots of options for almost anything you would want, and the same goes with eggs, but what do all of the different types and labels at the grocery store really mean? It depends on what you care about.

I believe we want to avoid eggs that had chickens that were fed glyphosate

In the southern part of the U.S. our grade system is different. Ours is A, AA, and AAA. And the the less A the more fresher the eggs are.

This video is outdated and not very focused on nutrition compared to many vids available here in 2024

Caged chickens are fine to be honest, as long as they do not let the chickens live in squalor then eh.

Except for the fact that they saw no sunlight, couldn’t move or eat bugs and worms to produce a normal nutritious egg…

@@Skeptgeo3 That assumes they get no feed but they do. Other than that it does not matter.

Best eggs to buy from the store pasture-raised all the rest of them are horrible fake advertisement on how they're raised and how they get to be free.
Or straight from the farm chickens are not naturally supposed to eat greens that's not part of their diet their diets or bugs grass greens their foragers they're not meant to eat corn so sadly you giving false information in your video and you should do more research this is coming from somebody that raises chickens
