GTA 5 - Firefighter from fire truck gives middle finger while responding to a call

Seen here is LSFD Engine 209 (livery based on LAFD and obviously based on LAFD Engine 209 out of Skid Row.) responding in Mission Row (based on Skid Row). The firefighter in the front (not the driver) is not very nice at all. He just gave the middle finger and then insulting the camera as if he doesn't like being recorded, which is rude. Also, notice the guys on the tailboard of the apparatus.

Do you think the firefighter from 209 (the one in the front) that gave the middle finger was being extremely rude? Also, imagine if the motorists reacted to being flipped off by the firefighter...

That bad they shouldn’t do it on the truck because they need to be nice and helpful.
