So if you want to figure out how you can change the "Busted" text (the text that appears when CJ is busted) to something else, you can use Sanny Builder 3 and then rename the "Busted" text to anything you like, or my method: creating a custom FXT file and then renaming the "Busted" text to "You have the right to remain silent...". Note that this only works for PC.

I think this is probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever created. An MTA bus equipped with a siren. So, what I did is I used ELS and then the siren will work. In fact, the ELS mod allows us to define any vehicle including civilian vehicles to have emergency vehicle sirens. FDNY you mean, but unfortunately, how the game works is whenever there’s a fire regardless if you are in LS or Liberty City, the game dispatches the default fire truck rather than add-ons. The reason is I currently don’t play LSPDFR

Use Model Variations or Wanted Level Editor
And when using Model Variations, you will have to use vehicle ID for each police car. For example ID 596 is the LS police car. Then you will have to use the ID or model name for the add-on police car to have the siren. And make sure you enable sirens and lights in the in file for the Model Variations or else it will not work

I know all of the busted quotes are in Spanish in this video but not all of them are speaking it correctly. That’s what I meant. In which some of them are speaking Spanish with an English accent, which is why some of the Spanish spoken by the English TTS voice sounds weirder

You can use GXT Editor or CLEO. I used CLEO by creating an FXT file so that way I can change “Busted” to something else

The vehicles were adapted to a mod called Improved Vehicle Features
And yes, the FBI car and SUV (not the default FBI Rancher) were add-ons. The FBI Truck is in the game itself but it doesn’t appear without using mods
