Full title: GTA San Andreas Busted, but some of the cops have Busted quotes in TTS voices that are mostly in laziness
Ever thought replacing one of the default voices for one of the cops' busted quotes to another voice? Well, it is possible to replace the files for one of the voice lines. How? I simply find the folder that contains the voice files (If you are unsure where to find the folders for each sound that goes by bank names, use Alci's SAAT GUI Frontend, it will show you the sounds in each section), then I go to a website where it allows us to create dialogue using text to speech voices. Then I recorded the voices using Audacity (or any other software that allows you to record audio). Then I exported the sounds as .wav file extensions AND the mono audio setting. This is very important if you are gonna replace sounds in GTA SA. The sound files when exporting MUST be in WAV format, GTA SA does NOT accept MP3 or any other audio format other than WAV format. Also, the audio settings MUST be in Mono. If you do not select mono for your setting, the sounds will mess up and it will sound weird in game. Also I recommend using Modloader if you are gonna use your new sounds because Modloader allows for better quality compared to SAAT.
