GTA San Andreas Busted but some of the cops have Busted quotes that are in Spanish

To make some of the cops have Spanish busted quotes, I have to use TTS voices unfortunately, then I have to Google Translate to write words in English such as "You are under arrest" so that it can translate it to Spanish as I'm barely fluent in Spanish. Then I recorded the voices using Audacity, exporting it as a mono (this is very important when it comes to in-game sounds in GTA SA, or else it will sound weird) in which I am using Modloader. I prefer Modloader because it has better quality compared to using Alci's SAAT GUI Frontend.

I know all of the busted quotes are in Spanish in this video but not all of them are speaking it correctly. That’s what I meant. In which some of them are speaking Spanish with an English accent, which is why some of the Spanish spoken by the English TTS voice sounds weirder

Use Model Variations or Wanted Level Editor

And when using Model Variations, you will have to use vehicle ID for each police car. For example ID 596 is the LS police car. Then you will have to use the ID or model name for the add-on police car to have the siren. And make sure you enable sirens and lights in the in file for the Model Variations or else it will not work
