GTA 5 - MTA Orion VII Old Gen Hybrid 3736 but it's equipped with a siren!?

I think this is probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever created. An MTA bus equipped with a siren. So, what I did is I used ELS and then the siren will work. In fact, the ELS mod allows us to define any vehicle including civilian vehicles to have emergency vehicle sirens. Note that when it comes to civilian vehicles, they might not have flashing lights, only siren.
