Can i steal some. I love BBQ and you made shish kebab perfectly. Good use of fat. Use of onion water is brilliant and the way you pit naan bread on it while they were on grill letting all the juices absorb.... Perfect

I really enjoyed ur video
Have a great day
Thank you so much😊
Wow I can’t take my eyes off of this! Those look so delicious! And that was a beautiful piece of lamb leg you started with! Was it from New Zealand?
Thank you :)
No, it's from a Turkish butcher here in Amsterdam, it's probably from Netherlands but from a Turkish breed lamb ;)
Meat from New Zealand and Sydney have the best taste.. Of course Iran and turkey have the most delicious lamb meats...
Wow love all your amazing foods and videos. We also have the same fire starter here in Durban, South Africa to get the barbeque going.which we call a "braai vleis" meaning grilled meat in Afrikaans
very nice
Just subscribed to your channel. Thank you for the video. Where do you buy your spices?
😱😱😱 অনেক দারুণ হছে
Wow looks awesome and delicious recipe thanks for sharing friend like done and stay connected friend

Looks delicious. Great job man!
Can you tell me how you could keep coal red all the time?
I have a Turkish restaurant one block from my home and your kebabs look BETTER than theirs. Amazing recipe and production as always!
Most of the Turkish restaurants (there are of course a few exceptions) outside of Turkey are really bad examples of Turkish food, because they dont focus on authenticity and the ingredients. We have the same situation here in the Netherlands. That's why I'm making my own. Thanks for watching my friend!
@@HungryManKitchen I'll definitely agree with you on that one. Most here are Americanized aka quick and easy haha!
Hi I'm back! Kebab, I should try this recipe soon, I taste this before when I visited to Istanbul few yrs ago, 😊 thanks for sharing 👍40like👌
Welcome back! Thanks for visiting ;)
I'm drooling already!! 😍🤤🤤🤤 Quick question :Are we free to use any type of vinegar? Or is there anything specific you'd recommend?
You can use any winegar, it doesn't really impact the flavor, it's just to further tenderize the lamb in the marinade.
this video absolutely so good 👍 you are amazing my dear friend 🌹 best wishes for you 💕💕
Çok teşekkürler, iyi haftasonları 😊
great video! how long was the shish on the grill?
Thanks! 5-6 mins on medium fire if you dont want them to get dry.
Look delicious food, Full watched and supported. Stay connected, my friend
Thank you, let's keep in touch!
👌
I followed the recipe blindly, turned out great but realised that you have missed salt. Meat was so tender because of onion juice and milk but salt would have given a lot of taste. May be you can mention it. Will definitely try again.
Thank you, you' re right. I should have ellaborated a bir more. Just for this recipe, I don't want to add salt to the marinade in the beginning, because of the size of the meat it tends to roughen up and dry a bit. Try adding the salt maybe for the last 2-3 hours max. I will have another recipe soon, with 2 stage marination and more spices. It's even better!
This looks really good, thank you for sharing, can you please share what part of meat is this , thanks
Hello there, it's leg of lamb, also lamb fat between the pieces. You can see all the ingredients in the description box 👍
Its raining here now, you got me at kebabs 😜😜❤
Im hungry 😋😋
Thanks for watching and sorry! 😊

I'm here for this Turkish Shish kebab. Need to prepare this dish ahead as it needs 4-5 hours of marination 4:18. This makes me crave for this skewers.
It's definitely worth the time ;)

Kebab is delicious. I also go to Itaewon, Seoul to eat Turkish kebab.
By the way, Chef, it is 3 am in Korea! 😆
I have to sleep...This video makes me hungry...😂
Big like 31👍
Have a good nights sleep and dream about kebabs :)
Wonderful video! Looks just like the shish kabobs in istanbul...
I was wondering, did you add any salt?
Thank you! No, we don't add salt during long marinations as it can make the meat tougher and less juicy
Just add the salt before serving 👍

This looks great, I'm gonna try making this today, but I'll try it with some garlic in the marinade.
Nice idea, let me know if it works, I'll try that as well!
@@HungryManKitchen It tasted amazing, I didn't have time to marinate the meat for more than a couple of hours. I think 1 big, or 2 small cloves of garlic will be perfect. I cut the peppers into small pieces and put them on a skewer. I also put some mushrooms on a skewer, and the tomatoes. Then I made a marinade for the vegetables using rapeseed oil, paprika, salt and pepper. I grilled the pancakes very shortly directly on the grill, after smoking them on top of the meat. Next time I will add some goat cheese, I think it will be extremely good, especially with the mushrooms. Thanks a lot for the recipe bro.
And next time I think I'll use greek youghourt in the marinade maybe instead of the milk, or in addition.
@@ChemicalOrbit Yogurt works same as the milk gives a little bit stronger flavor. Milk enables a milder marination. Try and see what works best for you ;)
