    The feet and toes is an area that is generally a weak link for most people and could use some attention in your overall training.
    Here is a way that I like to mobilize and strengthen my toes to prepare my body more completely for my Jiujitsu training, and you can apply this for any of your physical activities that demand strong feet and toes .
