This is what you get when people completely fail to grasp the mathematics of probability when multiplied by large amounts of time. I've been playing for over 37 years. I stopped counting my aces when I hit 100. I have maybe 150 now. And I have no real idea how many I have witnessed: Including watching Levi Stout hit his USD9300 ace in Paradise this year at the GK Pro skins, but I suspect I have watched another 200 aces being thrown. And I have called about 60 or 70 other people's aces well before they went in.
This is the video that finally got me to subscribe. I wasn't sure at first, but it's clear to me now that you actually care about this sport and those embedded in it. Keep at it and you'll be huge. Nice work.
Big Jerm needs to go all in on designing an Ace of Hearts stamp to put on his Thunderbirds. They'd sellout faster than they already do. Big Jerm love blesses people with aces. This proves it. He's the disc golf messiah! Ok maybe that's too far. But it would still be a cool stamp!
I played through big jerm on a 280 foot par 3 at kilbourne a few days ago and was hoping for some of his magic. I think it only works for pros though :D
I think it's just because when he's around, people heard the story and this are more likely to try to throw an ace instead of doing a safe shot. That results in more aces, but also in more OBs.
That is one way to think but main goal is to use less throws on each hole so you can also think it's perfect throw. I bet if you could repeat ace in every hole you would do that right?
I would say mostly yes. There are certain holes with backstops or in ditches that you can run but yes usually you're correct. You can also come in on the short ones real soft with a putter so it doesn't make that much of a difference

The stories and legends are what will last and Big Jerm "The Witness" is one of those names that will live on in disc golf lore and that's got to be pretty darn cool!
