I’m from a Black family....during Christmas dinner right after the last election my Great Aunt announced that she voted for Trump. The table erupted in chaos, and my father even cried. After 10 minutes of this, she started laughing and said that she was messing with us and just wanted to see how we’d react. To this day one of the best practical jokes I’ve ever seen.

@@JP51ism - there are two RUclips videos (that I have seen) where people in boats come across large floating turtles that are in distress. They check them out and find that there are drinking straws shoved deeply up their noses. The people pull the turtle on board and try mightily to remove the straws. It is heartbreaking. The turtles are in terrible pain and bleed. It is unknown whether these straws got there by accident or if a person did this to these poor creatures.
This needs to be a reoccurring segment.
They need a follow-up cold open with the fallout of the election, maybe for either Thanksgiving, or X-mas.

We understand completely. The Framers didn’t believe common people were knowledgeable enough to choose a President directly. The only indirect options were have Congress do it, or create an ad hoc body the same size and composition as Congress. They chose the latter due to Separation of Powers concerns. That reason is obsolete, that thinking no longer true. All States were Atlantic States at the time. It had nothing to do with sparsely populated land that belonged to Spain and France. They weren’t thinking about States that didn’t exist.

Will Ferrell, Darrel Hammond, Tim Meadows, Ana Gasteyer... those were the people I grew up with on SNL, and it got distinctly bad when they all left, which was around the same time IIRC. It took some time, but SNL repopulated the cast with comedic genius, and it's been great again for the last few years.
I lost it when she came out as Greta Thunberg. The hair, the outfit & the accent...on point! Hilarious! Kate is the best! 😂

Good Burger? He was a cast member of the SNL inspired kids comedy show All That in 1994, made a spin off with Keenan Thompson called Keenan and Kel (basically Key and Peele but on Nickelodeon) in 1996, Good Burger was in 1997.

In order for Wisconsin to be in a feud we would have to know about it. We're too busy shoveling snow, trying to stay on icy roads and make it to work on time. SNL was right, we don't think about it till the day before the election. Winter is survival mode. If they want Wisconsin to pay attention to anything it has to be in the other three seasons.
