Thank you! Sometimes the audio in my songs sounds too tinny, sometimes too much bass, but the EQ helps for sure! Still need to learn more about it though lol
I use this mic about 18-24 inches from my mouth. I have to use some amplification in post before stitching it to the video. I think that it sounds well enough considering. It is the only mic I have, and when recording with friends volume differences are hard to work around, but that is just the nature of using this for that.
Such a close mic position will pop if you don't have a pop filter. It is better to set the mic at an angle so not to speak and breathe directly into the mic. And I do hear pops in this video. These is also a now frequency rumbling in this. I am interested in properly equalizing the recordings using the Snowball Blue, which I've been using for two years. As it is, I have to do EQ in my audio in post.
Thanks so much @TheFranswah Studio! In your last livestream, I was one of the viewers who asked for help with my Snowball mic. This is a big help, sir 🙏 👏
Haha, No way! I just tested that Upside-down theory of yours and it's actually better! I had problems with my voice sounding not ''rich'' enough.. and this fixes it! Guess I'll need a microphone stand..

Setting up a proper Noise Gate or downward expander. Often times the keyboard can’t be completely eliminated. You can also place a pad or towel or something under the keyboard to reduce any possibel reverberations
Just google around and find the right adapter( 3/8 to 5/8) that's what is really important, i found a correct stand for about 15$ that actually fits. and by looking a bit futher i could find mic stand, pop filter and shock mount for like 25-30$

Hey brother I got a question I use streamyard for my podcast with my friends. It feels like my mic is making my voice quality sound decent but sound like shut its not crispy like this video.. how do I get my mic to sound good? Should I turn off the box fan? Or put the mic closer to me?
I got my blue Snowball microphone for singing... I wish.. wish I didn't. It picks up every little thing! The other night those night bugs were making noise outside and it picked that up!! Just earlier from a completely different room a fan was on and it picks it up.. idk what I'm doing LOL
My mic keeps dipping in and out while using discord, and ive been working to find a solution. I'm not a pro so i wont buy anything, but does any one know how to make the mic be more fluid?
Nothing needed. Discord audio settings are causing this. You may have the “input sensitivity” slider to high. You may want to turn off noise suppression, echo cancellation, etc
Video is perfect except for the part where you hear yourself all the time. I don't know how to fix that. Anyone can help? Mic sounds a lot better with this config, I don't want to sacrifice it :(
I'm not so sure about the eq here. The mids are so heavy and droning in this video the my desk is vibrating, and numbing my brain with my headphones on.

Is there any option you can get a new link to a mic stand? This one you have in your description rn is not available anymore :(
Yo, how are you finding the stand 4-5 months later? A load of Amazon reviews seem to say they fail after 4 months or so.
I’ve have the mic stand for years. That stand has been since removed and I’ve added a new stand that’s advertised for the mic
