- Here is a diagonal test of the Duster 3 compared with a similar test made with the Duster 2 from which we are trying to figure out if the newer Duster has a different rear differential or not. What do you think?

of course, it's all TCS electronic on open diff. No torsen nor similar stuff. Optimized (probably) but still TCS.
in regard with the speed of the vehicle, both show the same spin. Note that D3 is moving slower, so the wheel spins accordingly...
Just watching it go up the ramps at that angle is impressive. Prob more extreme than most will drive these. Going to be a big hit if it drives ok on normal roads.
off course better electronics will help a lot in duster 3 but its a shame to see that lesser articulation and lesser suspension travel will also not be handy in real off road situations.
Honestly...i have my doubts towards the new 1.2 TCe Mild Hybrid and 4x4 Combination. Yes...as we're able to see...it does work, but i'm a little sceptical, that the components are encapsuled enough, to properly work over the years, should the car really be used the way the costumers used the previous models. And when you're searching for a practical, easy to maintain and easy to repair vehical, i really really really do have some sceptical thoughts about the chosen engine. ^^

IMHO, the new DDIII will have better offroad performance, than old. New faster electronic allows faster Brake Traction Control actions and probably more agressive 4x4 software tuning.
Sper sa nu se decupleze 4x4 ca la D2 după un anumit timp ,măcar atât ,daca tot e un motor mai slab cu 20 de cai și un cilindru .
Nu sunt familiarizat cu sistemul hibridmoale ,are acea baterie destulă putere să urce o pantă ca un 150 de cai 1.3 benzină până la 30-50 la oră când se activeză motorul termic? Nu prea cred ...vom vedea în viitor ,deocamdată stau pe plm, sa văd cum se comportă la alții înainte să dau banii dacă e😂si daca e sa ai un drum de o oră sa zicem cu 20 -30 km pe oră ca nu se poate mai mult din cazua terenului ,bateria va maibfunctiona sau depinzi doar 1.2 termic 3 cilindri? Is multe intrebari.

Is it less space for bigger tires on the Duster 3? Or maybe Duster 3 comes with bigger tires from factory?
It comes with wheels up to 18 inches.
The space seems to be slightly bigger for the 3rd generation duster
New duster with 1.2 tce engine have no cardan shaft, but rear electromotor like nissan Note Aura.

Aucun intérêt : Chaque véhicule (à toujours) au moins 3 roues (en contact) avec le sol !!! 🤔
Pour vérifier le bon fonctionnement (des blocages de différentiels) il faut au minimum (1 roue de chaque essieu " en l'air ") .. 😉
