  • Not long ago, I was chronically ill and searching for answers. I was plant-based and doing everything right, but somehow, I was struggling with a crippling eating disorder and major depression. These personal challenges led me to explore and ultimately embrace an all-meat Carnivore elimination diet, which profoundly transformed my life and gave me a second chance at health.
This channel is dedicated to those grappling with chronic illness and eager for a profound change-yes, this channel is for those who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Here, you will find various wellness tips from my clinical practice, rigorous evidence-based research, and subject matter interviews with leading psychology, science and medicine experts. We delve into how a Carnivore elimination diet can manage and potentially reverse many chronic conditions-a stark contrast to the healthcare system that spends over $4 trillion annually, $604 billion on prescription drugs and has over 20,000 prescription FDA-approved drugs on the market, yet fails to deliver improved health outcomes.
I am deeply committed to promoting wellness for all and advocate for informed self-care and proactive health management. You can significantly impact your health by understanding and consistently applying the principles of the most effective dietary and holistic health practices. Our discussions will cover the importance of proper nutrition in managing health and how toxic environments and mindsets can affect our health.
Together, we will explore the levers of nutrient-dense diets and lifestyle to find personalized approaches that work for you. Remember, finding the right dietary levers that work for you is crucial, but consistency in applying them is what leads to lasting health.
I got a second chance at life with my faith and the Carnivore Cure’s all-meat elimination diet. I now want to give back by finding tools to help you get your second chance-because everyone deserves a life they were meant to live, nearly symptom-free.
It’s time to say goodbye to chronic illness and get back our health.

Judy, love this video!! So happy you tried the carnivore elimination diet and found healing!! I'm 72 and went keto then carnivore over 2 years ago. I was disabled at 50 with chronic pain from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety and depression. I have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease, and arthritis, and have had 5 spinal fusions. Since being carnivore, I am no longer type 2 diabetic, most pain and fatigue is gone, as well as the anxiety and depression! I am no longer overweight, and I feel better than I have in over 25 years! Also I am now off 7 of my 11 long term prescriptions and reducing the remaining ones!! I am finally enjoying life again!! God bless you for sharing!! ❤🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏

Hi Betty, my name is Tanya and I’m 79years old with an eating disorder and fibromyalgia. Eating disorder for 67 years and Fibromyalgia since 1982 before there was a name for it. Would love to hear more about how carnivore is helping you. Recently did carnivore for three months then decided I had done so well I would treat myself. Big mistake, went back to my eating and purging. I just started again and realize I cannot try to do moderation, it has to be abstinence for me.

Carnivore for 8 months. Type 1 diabetic.
Lost some weight but have high bp that only goes down slightly with 80 mg valsartan. Before this woe pretty normal bp.
I don’t smoke, drink any alcohol, drugs no. Not overweight, walk daily and strength training 3x week. My cheeks are really red at times too. primarily living on beef, eggs and butter. Sometimes fish or bacon and very few veg/fruit. I’ve got to do something different. No dairy, very little caffeine This is becoming a big issue problem. If radically changing my diet again will help then I need to do it. When I was vegan I had healthy a1c and blood pressure. I don’t want to go vegan, believe me!!! But this…😖. The digestion was horrendous!! TYIA anyone anywhere. I’m 62.

So sorry you are having problems with your BP. I have had high blood pressure for decades, I'm 72, and been carnivore over 2 years. My BP is better and doctor took me off one of my BP meds. I was also type 2 diabetic and now I am not! Chronic pain is mostly gone, plus my fatigue, anxiety and depression! I am now off 7 of my 11 long term prescriptions and reducing the remaining ones! I hope Judy or someone can figure out why this healthy way of eating is causing you problems. Best of luck to you and God bless you!! ❤🤗🙏🙏

I went through this as well, same age workout with weights ……. Get your electrolytes sorted and add in organic Greek yogurt with a little honey and blueberries.
I also had heart palpitations, high blood pressure spikes and lastly constipation, adding back some carbs and the yogurt fixed along with proper hydration also fixed everything.
May The Lord Jesus bless you and family.

@@Rambert3 I really appreciate your nice message. For the first 6 out of these 8 months I ate Greek yogurt and berries most nights. But it wreaked havoc on my blood sugar so my alarms would always wake me up. I love to eat that tho!! I may do that! It’s just that Insulin Dosing for carb, fat, protein in one go is suuuupppper challenging to get right…especially before bed 😢

I've been on the carnivore diet for almost 4 months, mainly beef, salt, electrolytes and water. I didn't lose any weight and I started having allergy attacks every time I ate. What am I doing wrong?

The same thing is happening to me. And I have been doing this for almost a year. I found that fasting, intermittent fasting and one meal a day helps. But not cured. I feel maybe it has something to do with toxic overload in my body. Possibly chemicals. I still eat carnivore. Changed to chicken, pork and lamb. Beef sends me over the edge with histamine responses

Where do you get your meat from?
Virtually all typical grocery stores that sell meat sell *_AGED_* meat, not fresh meat.
Some people - you might be one of them - have a reaction to the histamines produced from the aging process.
Consider trying fresh meat straight from a local butcher.
This is a very simple way to eliminate one possibility.
I'm not saying it is a "silver bullet".
I'm just saying that before you think about cutting out meat, try giving fresh meat a try.
      Find the closest local butcher.
Tell him you think you might have a histamine reaction to aged meat and that you want to try the freshest meat possible.
They will probably be very happy to provide you with some.
Worth a shot, in my opinion.

@@kimcarney7670 I've already tried betaine hcl, but it didn't have any effect. I tried ox bile, but it gives me intestinal cramps and explosive diarrhea. Tried pancreatin and other digestive enzymes with no effect. I tried vitamin C, and had zero results. I'm thinking about buying glutamine, probiotics and DAO (diamine oxidase). Because I've already tried these things I mentioned, and I've also tried eating only beef. But even eating just that, I have allergies. If I eat eggs or pork, I almost die from allergies. But before going on this diet I didn't have any of that.

@@Hertz2laugh I live in Brazil, it is not a common practice to let meat age. I buy the meat at the local butcher, the meat is fresh and does not have any type of additives. Cattle here in the country are raised and finished with grass.

@@kimcarney7670 Try TUDCA for your digestive issues. I was struggling with bad reflux and tried many of the things you have tried without success. Or it made me feel alot worse. I think it helps your liver make more bile and that helps everything digest and work better. It just takes more time. The histimine response is also another tough one. I agree with everyone about avoiding aged meat. It's just very hard to do in practice. I think as my leaky gut healed up it got better for me. I don't have any issues now with histimine but now I'm having other issues. It's a battle for sure. Just hang in there and stay positive. Keep looking for solutions. I belive there is one out there for each and every one of us.
