Mine stoped working. Thanks for the video. I have spend some time to already. Initially I was lookin for the blower motor resistor. Do you know if this car has it and where it can be found?
@@michaelhanly9888 yes. I expected it to be on the right hand side. But it is on the left hand side. In my case it was not the blower risistor or the blower motor. It was a failed relay under the bonnet. Not replaceabke. So i wired to power directly to the battery with an extra fuse. Car has bee scrapped in the mean time.
@@michaelhanly9888 it is mounted on some sort of board with epoxy molded shit all over it. I dont have a picture. It is an unusual failure. But easy to test. Just measure the supply voltage under load. Should be >12v. Mine dropped to 4 as soon as you applied a load
Mine has become very noisy, I want to get the blower motor out to see whats causing the noise. I can get up to removing the fan (about3:10 in the video) but I can not get it out, just doesn't seem to be enough room. Is there anything else that needs/can be removed to allow the blower to come out?
you probably dont give a damn but does someone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow lost my password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me.
Really helpful! Thank you!
You are welcome :)
Many thanks 😊

Did you ever find the resistor please?

@@ApaX1981 why wasn't the relay replaceable? Was it in the main fuse box under bonnet underneath the top lot of fuses by chance?
