Under water are you exhaling through your nose or mouth, looks like mouth and if so is it a bit open?? The inhale is a gulping gasp right?

I am beginner so as per coach I have to hold breath and finish the certain lines. I know float, kick and hand movement but shortly I am running out of breath. How to hold breath longer and also for survival is there any tip ?

Relaxation is key and eliminating extra movement. Prioritize taking the path of least resistance. 🙌🏼✅😎
