i’ve been doing this for 6 days so far, i’m not sure if i see a difference but i’ll keep track now: day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ i could do a split again for the first time in a while day 3: ✅(i started doing kazuhas ab workout as well, and 10 min cardio) day 4: ✅ working out takes away my stress and makes me happy but it also gives me stress sometimes because i’ve so so tired lately but im still going for it because you don’t have to workout, you get to workout, so let’s keep our body’s fit and healthy! day 5: ❌ was too lazy day 6: ❌ sundays are rest days (also too lazy hah) day 7: ✅

I'm going to do them for a month!! I also do the Hanni and Woonyoung routine. Day 1: ✅ (OMG The back stretch killed me) Day 2: ✅ (My body hurts a little today) Day 3: ✅ (It almost doesn't hurt but I do sweat too much T_T I just extended my routine a little more and now it's around 25 minutes! and today I didn't do cardio) Day 4: ✅ (I didn't do cardio again haha, I was so tired today sorry) Day 5: ❌ (I couldn't do it because it was my brother's bday, my parents were at home all day XD) Day 6: ❌ Today was my rest day, I rest two days a week so that the muscles regenerate properly! But I also had a rib pain so I rested today. Day 7: ✅ I felt better but the back stretch made me too dizzy. Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅

I recommend to train larger muscles(legs&glutes) to increase metabolism and do some cardio! If you can do calorie deficit as well, you’ll get faster results! Thanks🥰
