@@christopherserrano7836 By "existing office" I meant to say, about the office which you may have been using before. E.g. : I was using the office with a 90 day trial, and it expired. So now, I had to delete that office, before attempting any steps shown in this video.
@@vamshiganeshb8107 i already uninstalled first the existing office. I even use revo uninstaller so that all files would be deleted and no files traces left. Then restarted my laptop. After that i followed the step by step process on this video and that error came up. Can it still be fixed?

what windows do you use ? i was having a similar problem like when i was entering the first command line i was not able to write anything after so i searched and found out we have to complety remove ms office from our device. so i went into the control pannel and uninstalled the ms office setup after that i restarted my pc and then it was working.
