The commands are case sensitive. Configuration should be typed as C not c. I had the same issue then It was fixed. Write same exactly as the file name.

In case it does not work, try doing the following things. It worked for me:
1. Copy all the commands in Notepad
2. Run Command prompt as an administrator
3. Press Enter after the last command
