@bmor616 I would say the answer to your question would be "its ok". The problem is, getting a 16 yo, their first car. something like this is a big mistake. I would bet money it will be wrecked or trashed in 6 months. Give them something inexpensive and safe for a first vehicle and let them earn something nice like this, otherwise they will never appreciate it.
