Well, it's not *every* language. There's still many others that haven't released a dub yet but has for previous movies, and even then that's still not every language on the planet. That would be nearly 7,000 dubs, many of which are only spoken by elders. The latter mentioned types would be useless to dub, as unfortunate as colonization has made that.

I love how some dubs (the Georgian and the Hungarian e. g.) went the extra-mile and put more "pressure" on their voice as the weights fell.

I absolutely love the Georgian and Italian versions, it's not that the other VAs didn't do a good job, it's just that those two made me get goosebumps from how much emotion and strength they gave on their performance, amazing and beautiful.
